Could be great, Maintenance very bad
The hotel and its team are very good. The maintenance is very bad. I have had to replace 3 times Room till I am tiered but it is the best room I have found in the hotel. 1. First room as I took a shower the waste water tube was blocked and the tech. man has fixed it. 2. The door to the wc could not be closed therefore I have had to replace another room. 3. The water pressor is very low and let the feeling someone is piecing on you. 4. Confusion on the lift Bottom Nr. 1leads to rooms Nr. 200 and up. and so on with tho other bottoms.

I had nice stay at Trillium Hotel for my business trip. The room spacious enough & comfortable bed. I was stay at room no 201, which face the front side of the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Their american breakfast also good, just some flies disturbing during my breakfast time.

Property’s finishing is very unique. it seems very clean and comfortable. Staffs are very helpful. But I disappointed about the aria where the property placed.

I started keeping a list of all the problems with this hotel, but I stopped after the list surpassed 10 items---some items are too disgusting to list here. It's a new hotel, yes, but it also seems as though it's a hotel that was dreamt up by someone who knows nothing about hotels. The staff tried to help, but I think this place is a lost cause if the current management is kept in place.

Location was awful It was not a five star hotel as the website said No bar menu/ they just charged us a rather high price for two drinks No Sri lankanfood The room was noisy because of the location The hotel was across a recycling centre

Dear Guest, Let me start by saying thank you for choosing to stay with us at Trillium. We are both concerned and surprised that you had a bad experience while staying with us as our booking.com score is a very high 9.3. The pricing of the drinks are actually on par with other hotels in the same area and our restaurants do serve Sri Lankan food but does not take up a large portion of our menu as we mostly focus on international cuisine, from Wagyu Steaks, Peri Peri Chicken to Nasi Goreng. As far as noise is concerned, this is the first time we've received such a comment as our Hotel is situated in the most affluent areas of Colombo, Colombo 7 and noise is controlled. However, with that being said, I would like to invite you to revisit our Hotel so that we can prove to you that we uphold our 5 star standards. Warm Regards,

Very satisfactory. Hospitality is the best so to speak. Friendly staff and a very good stay. Food exceptionally good.
