Terrible room, problem with humidity and smell of mold, our clothes got humid and the air inside the room was suffocation-like.. worst room experience, i felt as though i had to go out for air all the time. Told the staff, and they sent two engineers in the room, where as the senior engineer responds that there is no problem with the AC. We never told them it was an AC problem, but a humidity and smell issue. It took them more then two hours to understand the problem. We requested to just leave our stuff in that room since we were going to check out next day, but to sleep in another room. After alot of back and forth they agreed to let us sleep in another room. When we checked out we told the manager we were very unsatisfied. The manager said he would refund the money for our stay if it wasnt for the booking made through expedia. That made no sense at all, and the only thing they could do was to give us a free ride to the airport. That was a very low cost compared to the money we spent both the rooms and our entire stay. So im sorry, i did not feel like i was living in a 5 star hotel, this was a bad experience really. I see this is an issue in other reviews as well, so why you havent done anything with this problem that seems to make other guests equaly unsatisfied, is beyond me. That being said, the rest of the staff was very nice and helpful, place was clean and alot of good restaurants. The shopping mall was not all that.
