In a quiet and family house, at the end of a dead end, close to the city center, the university and the Albert Schweitzer hospital, the Le Clos des Prunelliers apartment is the ideal setting, surrounded by greenery, for a stay with family, friends, for a weekend, a week or for work.

This 107m² apartment has:

A first bedroom with a double bed,

A second bedroom with two single beds,

A spinning balcony serves the two bedrooms,

A lounge area with a single sofa bed and a television, with a dining area,

A fully equipped open dining kitchen (hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, filter and Nespresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster)

The living space is open to a balcony with an unobstructed view.

A bathroom with walk-in shower,

A separate toilet.

The apartment also has a washing machine.



The apartment is on the 1st floor without elevator.



All the accommodation will be yours. Always in the spirit of satisfying you at best during your stay:

the beds will be made with clean sheets, and the necessary for the sofa bed will be at your disposal,

clean towels will be at your disposal as well as a bath mat and a tea towel per kitchen,

LE QUARTIER DES MARAÎCHERS: A haven of peace nestled at the gates of Colmar, the Maraîchers district makes you want to take a walk far from the urban tumult. This district is very popular with Colmar residents, both for walking and for living there. As its name suggests, this district was once dedicated to vegetable crops, but there are still a few where you can get fresh vegetables and fruits. Today, despite the proliferation of modern constructions, this sector benefits from unspoiled nature that encourages strolling, whether on foot, by bike or on rollerblades! A pedestrian and cycle path runs along the Lauch lined with trees on which the birds whistle cheerfully, an ideal place for a green break, along the river. You will discover an imposing weeping willow whose branches dip gently into the stream. On the other side stand tall reeds in which moorhens nestle. All along the way there will be calm, barely disturbed by the rustle of the skimming flight of ducks and the croaking of frogs. From spring, you will have the chance to see swans and their young. A nice walk to do with the family on Sunday, to relax and enjoy the sun.



House rules:

This accommodation is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, hookahs and any other smoking device is prohibited.

Smoking or using a smoking device will result in a penalty of €250 additional cleaning fee.

Tolerance is required on the terrace, Thank you for using the ashtrays made available to you.



Pets are strictly prohibited.



Bed linen and towels as well as standard final cleaning at the end of the stay are included in the price. This includes change of bed linen, general cleaning of the apartment and sanitary facilities.



However, it is up to you to clean and put away the dishes, take down the trash cans, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwave as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not want to take care of this, you can order a supplement called "complete cleaning" of the apartment before your arrival for 30 euros. In the absence of prior reservation of this option, and in the event of non-compliance with these instructions, penalties of €60 for cleaning costs will be invoiced to you.



A signature of a digital contract as well as your ID, via the Yaago platform, will be requested after booking, as well as information for the police file, in accordance with the regulations in force. If the identity of the people present during the stay does not match that of the reservation, we reserve the right to refuse you access to the accommodation.
