🥨 Nestled in the heart of the famous Little Venice in Colmar, the Grand Ourse duplex invites you to experience an unforgettable stay with family or friends. With its 89 square metres of fully equipped space, this accommodation offers an ideal setting for a memorable stay. Its calm and warm atmosphere will captivate you as soon as you arrive, creating a friendly and relaxing environment.

It is composed of, on the first level:
🛋️ a spacious living/dining room
🍽️ an independent, fully equipped kitchen (fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, and toaster)
🛏️ a bedroom with a double bed
🚽 a separate toilet
and on the second level:
🛏️ a bedroom with a single bed and a pull-out bed
🛏️ a bedroom with a double bed
🚿🚽 a bathroom with a shower and toilet.

🅿️ The Saint Josse public covered car park is located 650m on foot from the apartment. It charges €3 for 24 hours. It is open Monday to Saturday from 7 am to 9 pm (overnight parking is possible).
🅿️ The nearest public parking is located on Rue Turenne, just 2 minutes on foot from the apartment. It is pay-and-display parking, costing around €35 per day. Paid parking is from 9 am to 12 pm and from 2 pm to 7 pm (except Sundays and public holidays).

🏡 The entire property will be yours. Always with the goal of providing you with the best possible stay:
🧹 Cleaning will be done.
🛏️ The beds will be made with clean sheets, and a sofa bed kit will be provided.
🧼 Clean towels will be provided, along with a bath mat and a kitchen towel.
📶 Free Wi-Fi connection.

🍼 Are you travelling with young children? A cot and high chair can be set up upon prior request (subject to availability).

House rules:
🚭 This property is non-smoking. The use of cigarettes, e-cigarettes, shishas, and any other smoking device is prohibited.
🚭 Smoking or using a smoking device will incur a penalty of €250 for additional cleaning fees.

🐶 Pets are allowed upon request (pets under 15kg and non-dangerous) with an additional charge of €30 per stay per pet. Pets must be kept on a lead outside the property.

🧹 Bed linen and towels, as well as standard final cleaning at the end of your stay, are included in the price. This includes changing bed linen, a general cleaning of the apartment, and the sanitary facilities.
🧹 However, it is your responsibility to clean and put away the dishes, take out the rubbish, empty the fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, and microwave, as well as tidy up inside the apartment. If you do not wish to take care of this, you can order an additional “full cleaning” service for €30 before your arrival. If this option is not pre-booked and these instructions are not followed, you will be charged a €60 cleaning fee.

📝 You will be required to sign a digital contract and provide your ID through the Yaago platform after booking, as well as the information for the police registration form, in accordance with current regulations. If the identity of the individuals present during the stay does not match the booking, we reserve the right to deny you access to the accommodation.
