Good choice
Nice hotel. Good location, 15 min walk to the old town with beautiful canals. Hotel is close to railway station, and you can hear the trains. But with window closed, it’s no problem. Very good air condition. Staff is friendly and helpful, and they even speak English (which is rare in France). Good breakfast, but the bread you get in France is nothing to shout about

Amazing hotel! Staff is very friendly and polite, breakfast is great, parking is easy and free, walk distance to all attractions, room is beautiful, love it! Wish I had booked more days but will definitely be back!

This was a perfect choice of hotel a block from the train station. Excellent service and the staff are friendly and polite. They serve a variety of breakfast, cold and hot foods. Love the aesthetic of the dining area, looked forward to eating and enjoying breakfast every morning. The hotel is also walkable to the town. I would definitely stay here again.

清潔感やスタッフの対応は素晴らしい。 唯一の欠点はバスルームのドアが意味ないこと。ガチャっと、閉まるドアではないので、遮音効果は全くない。つまり、トイレのプライバシーがないということ。

Gute Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Hotel. Der Ablauf von der Buchung bis hin zum CheckIn verlief problemlos. In dem Zimmer selber hätten wir mehr Sauberkeit gewünscht. So waren auf der Bettwäsche noch mehrere Haare anderer Personen zu finden. Die Klobürste sah auch nicht mehr appetietlich aus, zu dem ist die Bürste immer abgefallen wenn man sie benutzt hat. Der Behälter von der Klobürste wurde auch nicht geleert. Diese Punkte haben uns etwas gestört, aber im allgemeinen kann man das Hotel weiterempfehlen, wenn man nicht zu hohe Erwartungen hat.

Très bon séjour
Nous avons séjourné une nuit au Colmar Hotel. Hotel très pratique (tout proche de la gare et d'une navette gratuite pour Colmar centre), chambre et salle de bain modernes. Exactement ce qu'il nous fallait. Le petit déjeuner était vraiment bien (beaucoup de choix en sucré et salé). Notre petit chien a été gentiment accepté. Accueil très sympathique avec de petites attentions.

二度目の宿泊です。朝食がとても美味しかったので再度宿泊することにしました。 前回の5月に宿泊時と比べて約2倍の値段にびっくりしながらも、コルマール自体この時期が一番人気があるのかなあ〜？？と高くても泊まることにしました。 今回夜にバスルームの電気がなぜか点滅するという事態になりましたが、すぐにスタッフさんが見にきてくれました。しかし、どうしようもすることができず、バスルームの電気はつけずに入り口の電気の光のみでバスルームを利用することになりました。スタッフさん達はちゃんと謝ってくれたし、冷蔵庫内の有料ドリンクを変わりに飲んで良いと言ってくれました。4本全部持ち帰るのは重いので2本いただきました。 朝食は美味しいし、スタッフさん達は親切です。 駅に近くて移動に便利です。

レセプションスタッフ、朝食会場のスタッフとも、とても親切です。 朝食ではオレンジを絞ってジュースを飲むことができました。朝からフレッシュなオレンジジュースはとても美味しかったです。絞るのも楽しい。 エクスペディアでは、ランドリーマークがあったので洗濯機があると思って行きましたがなかったです。 コルマール駅に近いので、着いたら荷物をホテルに置いてすぐ観光に行けます。ホテルの窓からの眺めはありませんので、観光メインの方にはおすすめのホテルです。

How do you provide reference for this property that would adequately re flecgvthd property We travel extensively staying in lower end to 5 star accomodation When one arrives you can usually feel the place, from the outside this is a bland property However as they say never judge a book by its cover From the moment you walk through the door it is a different story The staff are friendly the property has a warm feel to it and the rooms are well decorated more than adequate Breakfast is superb and nothing is too much trouble for the staff We stayed 4 nights and wished it was longer we have no hesitation in recommending this property

Upon check-in, staff was sweet, friendly and helpful. They would go above and beyond to help you with any need with no frill. Bfast buffet was excellent and so much to choose from. The hotel itself is cozy, quaint, festive and extremely function. ROI for the price = HIGH!

We really enjoyed our stay. Decent sized room & comfortable beds. Our room was on the main road but there is a electronic shutter on the outside of window which blocked out all noise & light. Breakfast was great with usual European continental offerings, some hot dishes & you could boil your own eggs. They also had a fresh orange juicer, which we loved. There is parking available but the underground parking garage is a very tight squeeze. One night we could not get parking at the front or back of hotel, so had to use the underground garage. Trying to park the car was terrible due to an inconsiderate driver parking with bikes on the rear of their car which extended out into where you needed to turn near a pole. It was very tight. The hotel was full when we stayed. The train station is right around the corner, as with most train stations there were 'undesirable' people hanging around, but they didn't bother us.
