It consists of a large living room kitchen, opening onto a balcony facing the sea, a storeroom and a first bathroom with WC (not independent).

In duplex one bedroom (with a queen size bed 160cm wide), overlooking the surrounding hills through its small window, with a second bathroom-WC (be careful if you are over 1m 80 you will have to bend down slightly to access the bedroom then the height increases thank you)

You will have access to the entire apartment located on the third and last floor, by a shared staircase.

Other remarks:

The apartment is for strictly private use for two travelers, it will not be tolerated to hold gatherings, parties or celebrations of aperitifs and / or meals for more than two people.
Note the presence of a Camera located outside the apartment at the top of the front door.

The apartment is not suitable for children because the stairs can be dangerous, and is not suitable for animals.
