There is a washer and dryer inside the unit, and the kitchen is well stocked with plates and pans, a dishwasher, oven, filtered coffee marker, *NEW* Keurig coffee maker and microwave. There is a large comfy couch with a 75" smart TV *NEW* for your comfort. An extendable dining table for 4-6 people. *NEW* Patio has a covered 10' x 10' tent with outdoor furniture, a BBQ grill, and outdoor games like Cornhole and Giant Jenga! Access to the unit is via a personalized digital door key code to your unit.
