«Very clean room. All amenities available. Very small, not much area to place anything (for 2 people) as far as luggage or on bathroom counter. Bed was comfortable, A/C nice and cold. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch, nice yard, but on a very busy road. Could not hear any traffic noise in our room however. Mark was very attentive, should we have needed anything. Enjoyed the Halloween decorations in the front. »

«We’ve been to Nashville a few times, but wanted to add some hiking trips in the surrounding areas. This place is about 2 miles from Broadway and average less than 10 per trip by rideshare. Close walk to 12 South. There’s a Hattie Bs and Maple Street biscuit within two blocks. There’s a Publix about four blocks. It’s close enough to downtown to be convenient but without the hassle of paying to park and with some more living space than a hotel room»

«This was a great place to stay. The condo was cute. It was the perfect location. The bed was super comfortable. We loved having filtered water waiting for us in the refrigerater. It was was about a 10 min drive to Broadway which was super convenient. All in all it was super easy to get to and have access too.The only 2 complaints are 1 the wifi did not work and the shower had zero pressure.»
