We had a small issue in our room (stained towels and bed pillow cases) but that was addressed quickly and efficiently; other than that our stay was as close to perfect as one could expect. «We were skeptical at first due to the star rating, but we were only coming to Hilton Head for one night for a 5K. We ended up being pleasantly surprised. The staff were very polite and professional. The room was nice and clean. We had a very restful night, mattress was quite comfortable surprisingly. And the welcome bag of complimentary water and cookies were a very nice touch! «This location has three bedroom villas and was ideal for a family visit. This resort has fewer pools and facilities than other Marriott resorts on HHI and not as walkable. Beaches are great.»
