Cute place
It was a cute little place for us to stay while my husband and his friends did a state championship tournament on all the lakes nearby. The fish were biting.

Island paradise
We didn’t spend a lot of time at our Vrbo really except to sleep. The water out the back door was beautiful and relaxing. My friend and I did get up bright and early to walk the island before leaving. Very beautiful location overall! Owners were very helpful at check in! Definitely a location with visiting a second time

Short Family Visit
We stayed to visit our daughter that goes to Trine. We wanted to hike sone of the State Parks. Unfortunately, the weather did not cooperate, so we ended up staying and enjoying the house and watching movies. It was a wonderful weekend :)

Great Location
As someone who likes the outdoors, this place could not of been in a better location. We had a nice golf course 40' out the front door and a beautiful freshwater lake 60' out the back door. The house was clean and nicely decorated and had all the necessary amenities that we needed. The property manager was very nice and made sure to check in with us on occasion to make sure everything was ok with our stay. There was a nice seating area attached to the back of the garage, one on the back of the house, and two other patio areas working down to the water. If your taking a boat, make sure to check with a local to get the scoop on the shallow spots on the lake. They will sneak up on you and can be harsh on your prop. The water was super clear and clean and the house was very accommodating and quiet. We would definitely go back. Towels & Linens, Washer/Dryer, Microwave, Dishwasher, Cable, 3 tv's, Coffee Pot, Pots/Pans, High Speed Internet / Wi-Fi, etc. were all included.

Nice get away
Great get away that was close to home. Lynn and Kitty were excellent about answering any questions we had and helping us feel comfortable. Kids loved the beach and the golf course right across the road was very convenient. Would definitely go back!

House very clean, however we had a few problems
House clean had everything that is listed. However the step into house very high needs a guard rail or something to help older people get in. Beds very uncomfortable. Toilet very low to ground and hard for older people to get up from. We booked for 2 nights left after first night just couldn’t do another night in beds.

Minor difficulty with door code but worked out. The gas grill was broken. Overall, very relaxing and pleasant stay! Owner is very kind and ensured we were comfortable.

Cozy & comfortable
I really enjoyed my 3 weeks at the cottage this fall. I work remote and the WiFi service was fantastic - no problem at all with Zoom calls, etc. The cottage had everything I needed for a comfortable stay and the host was marvelous - very friendly and readily available to answer questions or meet for a glass of wine on the patio. I plan to come back again!

Great family getaway!
Love this place! Beautiful setting! We had a great time and would definitely love to come back. The house was nice and there was plenty of space for seven of us. Communications and check in process were simple. The only negative was that the outdoor area could use some maintenance and cleaning. Maybe because we were there at the beginning of the summer over memorial weekend but the outdoor furniture all needed to be cleaned before we could use it.

Cozy winter getaway
Great little house with a great view of the lake. Perfect for a weekend stay and a trip over to Pokagon State Park for Tobogganing. Had amenities for the lake. We will definitely come back in the summer to enjoy the lake!

This house was a cozy house. Would be amazing to stay in during the summer. Right on the beach with a fire pit. Everything was a 5 except one thing. The beds were a little uncomfortable. But we still talked about renting it again. =]

Great Island lakehouse
House was very roomy and clean. Lake was perfect for swimming, fishing, or just fun boating. We used the row boat to fish and rented the kayaks for fun. The golf course is right across the road. Private Island road to walk or ride bikes. Beautiful area to stay. Be sure and try Oscar Brown Tavern's fish tacos.

Nice getaway in the winter. Lake house was perfect for the trip. Went to toboggan run at Pokagon State Park, which was exciting for the whole family (age range 3 (2), 10, 14, 37 & 38).

Great Lake House
We were very pleased with Lynn & Kitty's lake house. Everything from linen to full kitchen equipment was provided. The cabin itself sits right on the lake and was very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend.

Great Getaway
This property is well kept, clean and wonderfully relaxing. The owners are right next door and are very helpful and kind. If you are used to a well equipped kitchen you might miss a few things, but all the basics are there for food prep and cooking, but galley style and very small. One bathroom needs to be a consideration as well if you are having more than 4 people stay, but as long as you love to be outdoors and truly live the lake life this is an amazing spot.

Cozy home on the water
beautiful location, cozy home that is decorated nicely. The welcome gift was very thoughtful. Loved sitting on the beach by the water, has everything for beach fun! The driveway is short, so two cars could fit but definitely not a car and a truck (which is what we had) but we were able to use the garage, thank you! Would definitely stay here again!

Awesome cottage!
We had a fantastic week at Lynn and Kitty’s! The cottage was perfect for our family! The kids loved having their own space upstairs and it was so great to have an extra bedroom to have friends and family up throughout the week! Lynn and Kitty were very accommodating! And the location is quiet, peaceful and relaxing! Our kids took scooters along and made many laps on the island road (which was not busy at all). Loved this property!

Great for small families
The property was great and we enjoyed the stay. The listing is a little misleading on bedrooms. There is one master on the main floor and then 1.5 upstairs. The bedroom upstairs doesn't have a door and is basically an extension of the bunknroom. The kids play room was more of a closet set up as a small play area. Great house for a single family but it was a little tight for 2 families. Overall though, it is a great property and the outside amenities are perfect.

Watch out for the golf balls
It was clean and had fun but only one bathroom that wasn’t a problem. We had 4 to 6 people during the week.
