«We had a great stay at Little May Cottage.We immediately felt at home. It is in a great location, near Newquay, you can reach most places in Cornwall easily.The cottage was clean and was equipped with kitchen essentials. It was easy to communicate with the host and I can highly recommend this place.The only thing to be aware of is that the curtains are not black out so can be quite light in the bedroom. Luckily I travel with an eye mask so it wasn’t a big issue.»

«This property is listed as 'luxury' but is anything but luxury. The hot tub didnt work, there werent enough chairs / plates / bowls, cups were plastic. Communication with the host was awful, hours before she replied and her paypal account didnt work for payment. She made us wait outside the property on arrival and kept 40 from our security deposit due to the faulty hot tub. This was a no stars break and if you are thinking about booking, I would think again.»

«We stayed one night at the hotel. The dinner was good, however the room was full of spider weeb and 7 sipers had to be "relocated". Not a good night knowing that there possably were others. Next morning breakfast was included but it started at 08.30am. To late for us, we had to get going. Left with no breakfast.»

«Portreath Arms is a very nice hotel. The staff is very helpful and polite. We felt welcome and had a good stay. The surrounding area is breathtaking beautiful. The hotel is a good place to stay for exploring the area or just staying at the beach. »
