It was fine, nothing special or terrible. We never received the check-in email, but luckily someone was onsite to let us in. That was literally our only interaction with staff. Walk across the bridge to get into town, and if traveling with kids, there is a cute little park with exact (but scaled for kids) replicas of many of Portugal's (and it's current and former colonies) most famous sites, almost across the street. No onsite parking, but a big paid lot next door. Room was small but adequate, had a mini fridge and coffee, and there is a balcony on the 4th floor.

We loved the ability to be in our own space/apartment for a couple of days, and to have access to our own food and the use of cooking facilities. This was a wonderful property. Highly recommended.

Excelente acomodação.
Excelente localização e instalações primorosas. Quarto confortável e com bela sacada com vista desobstruída para o Mondego e skyline da cidade de Coimbra.

Thank you for your review. The check-in was not a nightmare. You did one reservation on a weekend (end of the day) on time, and you were in front of our door. We gave you the check-in details on time, by whatspp and by phone.

Bom sítio mas com muita humidade
Um local muito bem localizado e com limpeza. A pessoa que nos atendeu foi extremamente simpática. Infelizmente o quarto tinha muita humidade algo que incomodava. Único reparo a fazer, mas de facto era muito acentuado, os sacos de papel ficaram húmidos durante a noite.

Check in was difficult. Received no email with access code to get in and no one there to answer door. Once we were able to reach someone, they were fery nice, helpful, and informative. Room was great

O quarto é maravilhoso, vista linda de Coimbra, tudo funcionou certinho no momento de chegada, limpeza ok .Os únicos contratempos foram o elevador quebrado, o que dificultou a subida com as malas, e a ausência do atendente no momento do checkout. Aliás, o elevador quebrou duas vezes.

Struttura immediatamente a ridosso del centro storico con un comodo parcheggio adiacente al costo di 3 euro al giorno. Noi eravamo in 4 con una camera doppia e una bella vista della città. Camera silenziosa, gradevole e molto confortevole

Great place if you want to stay out of the "busy" area as its a short walk too all amenities. Lots of parking around this spot as we had a car. Definitely would stay here again.

No hay un mejor lugar. La limpieza es excelente, habitación cómoda y personas muy amables. El parqueo se encuentra justo al lado y se llega a todas partes a pie. Si vuelvo a Coimbra no podria pensar en un mejor lugar para quedarme.

Great suite clean
Room with a kitchen and kettle. Had everything we needed for our stay. Very clean great location. Within walking distance of the town which was perfect for us.

Great option for a stay in Porto
My girlfriend and I stayed for 3 nights. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable and the first floor terrace was a great place to relax after a long day walking around the city. The river was about a 20 minute walk or so away (downhill) so not right in the centre as such but there is a metro station less than 5 minutes away which makes the hotel a really convenient option. The breakfast was a selection of cold meats, various pastries in addition to tea/coffee etc. We would stay at this hotel again

Location was right by one of the exit of round about and very easy to miss the entrance of the small road that lead to the front of the building because of no sign there, it’s ok once you figured that out. But if you miss the entrance then need to drive a big loop before the second try. Other than that, unit was clean and bright, over looking the river and a big park. No staff at the premises but they responded very well with emails for instructions. Small unit, got all the basic, pretty comfortable, very good value.
