Toilet and bathroom could have been cleaner. They had run out of a few essential items for buffet breakfast. It would have been convenient if the coffee machine was available for self service at buffet breakfast. Non-smokers must let them know to provide a non-smoking room. Staff are friendly.

Had a pleasant stay for three nights with parents. Great hospitality by all the staff members. Amazing new year party at the banquet hall, kudos to the organizers. Good options for breakfast buffet and also ordered a delicious chocolate cake for the new year. Good food, good spa service, good swimming pool and beautiful ambience. Definitely choosing this place by default when in Coimbatore.

To start with positives - the restaurant food and service were very good. Outside of that this hotel has little to recommend it. Our stay was awful. Broken fixtures, clogged sinks in the rooms. Housekeeping was very poor with dirt (black grime/slime) in the shower stalls, sink area. This is the first five star hotel that provided only two bath towels per room - no hand towels, washcloths.. The fuse repeatedly blew in one of our rooms and had to be repaired. This went on the first night right up to 1 am!! Two out of three elevators were not functioning due to some sort of leaks from the ceiling(the elevators had towels place all around to mop up the water). The elevators and entire hotel corridor smelled of sewer! Complained repeatedly to front desk and management and received only a very tepid 'sorry'! Would never stay at this hotel again and strongly recommend against staying there.

I have traveled the world and stayed at all kinds of hotels. This hotel was the worst I have ever experienced. During check in the person at the front desk left me hanging for 20 minutes without any communication. I had to finally ask the guy on the next desk to finish my check in and give me the keys. They refused to give me 2 keys saying they ran out of keys. The staff in the restaurant was very kind but I think they are severely understaffed. It took a long time for things to arrive. We finally made it to our room to find that the door on our bathroom closet was coming off, one of the rods in the living room closet fell down. We asked for extra towels that never arrived. The shower had mold inside of it. Next day I requested a room change. The person on the front counter asked me to have lunch and they will have the room ready after that. After lunch I went back to him to find out that he hadn't done anything to get my room ready. He asked me to wait for another hour to get the room. Finally we got in the second room to find that it didn't have any central AC...It just had a wall unit that did not work. They finally came to fix it and it stopped working again at night. We were all sweating throughout the night. In addition, the bathroom was dirty again and the door did not work. I got a call from them at 5 pm with an apology saying they want to send a fruit basket. The apology basket arrived 5 hrs late at 10:30 pm! have run out of space to write more. Horrible hotel.

Loved the stay. Such good value for money. Loved the infinity pool. Breakfast was great too. Great view from the window.

Cleanliness with a smile
We were a group of friends meeting after several decades, staying at this hotel. Every service request at odd hours throughout the day and night was met with smile, courtesy and on time. Unfortunately, I met with an accident and broke my ankle. Right from the moment I returned from the hospital, until I packed up to go home, I was taken care of for every inch of the way. Be it a simple request for water bottle, or a wheel chair ride to the dining area.... there was always someone to help me. Thank you Radisson Blu!

My stay at Combatore was made very pleasant by a great set of very courteous staff. The room very new modern and extremely clean. I would greatly recommend this hotel. The breakfast buffet was excellent!

Excellent. Very comfortable stay.
Excellent room. Most comfortable bed in years of business travel in India. Asked for a very quiet room and it certainly was. Great rest. Superb bathroom and great bath but hot water could be a bit hotter. Breakfast and dinner buffer good and very hygienic. Pool a bit small and pool area disappointing. Overall recommend highly. Executive club very dull and apart from Happy Hour nothing on offer during the day. Not really worth it. Nothing to see outside but a busy road but only 15 mins from airport and city. Very helpful staff, Divya at reception in particular.
