Advance Notification: Kindly notify us at the time of booking regarding the number of persons and pets accompanying you during your stay.
Bikes and Kayak Availability: If you wish to use the bikes or kayak during your stay, please notify us at booking so that we can ensure they are available for your use. Otherwise, we cannot guarantee their availability.

Long-term Stays: For stays of 28 days or longer, pets need to be approved prior to booking. There is a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $175. Not a hotel: We are not a hotel and therefore do not offer the same services typically provided by hotels. This includes daily cleaning, room service, access to a concierge, 24-hour front desk, and similar amenities.
Customer Service Hours: Our customer service team is available from 9:00 am to 6:00 PM Monday through Friday. Please be aware that after 6:00 PM, our guest services will be closed. For assistance outside of these hours, please feel free to send us a text message for a prompt response. We'll do our best to address any inquiries or concerns as quickly as possible.
Please be aware that while all bedrooms have comfortable sleeping arrangements, not all areas with beds have full egress windows.
Price Flexibility:
We strive to offer competitive pricing in line with current market rates. However, if you find a better offer elsewhere with similar sleeping capacity, bedrooms, amenities, and location, please provide us with a copy of your inquiry response from the competitor's house. We'll do our best to match or beat it.
