The Space: Evergreen is the perfect place to experience the many perks of a downtown Coeur d’Alene lifestyle. Boasting 2,186 square feet and a covered upstairs balcony, this two story townhome is anything but small.
Wonderful for entertaining, the main living area features an open concept floor plan. The spacious fully stocked kitchen has gorgeous quartz countertops, an island with seating for 3-4 and stainless steel appliances. Adjacent to the kitchen, the wooden dining table seats 4 and has an easy to place leaf that increases the table seating to 8! Comfortable leather couches, a beautiful gas fireplace nestled in the corner and a large television makes the living room an inviting spot to relax. There are also games and cards in the settee if you decide to have a quiet night in.
On this lower level, you’ll find a bedroom with a queen bed and a nearby half bathroom. Upstairs, the stunning and spacious master bedroom has a king bed, huge TV, walk-in closet, office desk, French doors to a private balcony with seating and the attached master bathroom. This spa-like area has a double sinks, a luxurious tile shower and a separate room for the toilet. A cozy sitting area, a shuffleboard table, a full bathroom with double sinks and a shower/tub and two bedrooms—one with a queen bed and one with a twin over full bunk bed—are also located in the home’s upper level.
The front porch’s comfortable seating is the perfect spot to enjoy your coffee as the day begins. When you’re ready to get out and explore, a vehicle isn’t mandatory because Evergreen is located right in the thick of it all that downtown Coeur d’Alene has to offer! You’ll be only minutes from a wide variety of dining and shopping, beautiful public beaches and parks—and even hiking for a variety of athletic abilities on Tubbs Hill. If you would like to have a vehicle during your stay, you’ll have access to an attached garage and ample street parking.

We had an excellent stay and experience! This property had everything we needed. Very close to all the shops and restaurants and we walked everywhere. Highly recommend and we’ll be back!
Easy check in, great communication with the manager ensuring everything was ok. The property was very clean and the location was so close to main street and restaurants and the lake. Definitely will bring the family back again!

We had a wonderful stay here! The house was clean and well maintained. The location was excellent! Just an easy walk to all the downtown coffee shops, restaurants, and the lake. The balcony on the master bedroom was the best place to hang out and enjoy the warm evening air and tree views. We highly recommend staying here!
The location was fantastic - close to the lake and to the downtown area with lots of shops and restaurants. The neighborhood was quiet and beautiful. The house was fully stocked and had so many great amenities like a ping pong table, foosball and shuffleboard. I highly recommend this home, especially for family vacations.
This place is very nice. The location was key to walk downtown as well as the walking path along the lake. The bikes, kayak, foos ball table, etc would be a great hit for families with kids who need to be entertained - we were entertained by the "toys". We stayed during the extreme smoke from nearby fires but still enjoyed our 5 day stay. I'd stay here again.
We came out to run the Coeur d’Alene Ironman 70.3 and found this gem of a home as we were doing our planning!There were three couples and this place fit like a GLOVE! Perfect location. Beautiful neighborhood. Walking distance from EVERYTHING. Couldn’t be more grateful for an amazing experience at an incredible spot!!
We really enjoyed this house and all it's amenities. Everything was top quality from the sheets, to the stocked kitchen, to the garage filled with fun toys. Had some great games on the shuffleboard and ping pong table. Close walk to the lake and eateries. Would definitely recommend this house!
This property was great as we have 3 teens who could go to and from town easily. Easy walk to Tubbs Hill, restaurants, shops, and beach. Bring your own beach towels as these are not provided.
The house is minutes walk to the main downtown area. The management team was in touch with us the whole stay to make sure we had everything we needed. House is very well stocked, especially things for kids. Comfortable beds, cold air conditioning, very clean. We can't wait to come back to CDA and stay here!
Great house in great location, within walking distance to most everything in Coeur d’Alene. It could use one more shower, most likely downstairs, for larger groups. The kitchen was possibly the best equipped kitchen that we’ve ever experienced in rental houses over the last 25 years.
The house was very clean. It sits on a picturesque tree lined street. Very quiet. It had every amenity you could need for a fun weekend in Coeur D'Alene. (coolers, beach chairs, paddle board, kayak) The kids & parents had a blast with the bikes & games. Great location to walk/bike to shops & restaurants. Highly recommend!
Our stay was cozy and fun. My Mom and I decided to take 4 of the teenage cousins to Silverwood and the lake. The property was easy to find. Comfortable and well stocked for teens with the ping pong table, fuse ball table, and shuffle board. Lots of space and washrooms so we did not feel on top of each other and having laundry machines was a dream! Thank you! Also, loved the binder with all the local tips!
Great location and plenty of room for the entire family
This was a great four bedroom house for our family visiting the area. The layout was good and the spaces were great for gathering. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. The property was very clean and well kept. The garage had all kinds of games and toys, perfect for the area. Contact with the rental agency was great, although we never needed anything as it was all good! The location so close to downtown was perfect. We walked many times and left the car. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We would stay here again and recommend for large groups.
We have stayed in CDA many times and found this property to be well kept up as well as close to everything. It is in a safe neighborhood wishing walking distance of Sherman and the lake/beaches.
The property was clean and well maintained. The management was responsive to our one main issue and resolved it very quickly, so I give them an A+ for communication and results.
House includes shuffleboard, ping pong, bikes to ride, etc., so it has some extras that other houses we've rented do not have.
We did encourage them to stock kleenex as well as a few items for doing laundry. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and this property.
This place was fabulous! Comfortable beds, spacious feeling, FULLY stocked, and great location! Close to the beach, Mceuen Park, stores, shops, restaurants... We could walk everywhere. The garage was my kids favorites! The bikes, the ping pong and foosball tables, the stroller, the wagon, the beach umbrella, the skate board, the scooter... It was amazing! The kitchen was easy to manuveur and very stocked!! Even my special needs son was comfortable here and that says a lot!!
