The dreamlike holiday house Pinnetta Sarda, which looks like a ‘trullo’ from southern Italy (a traditional round house of the region Salento), is located 15 minutes by car from Sassari. It extends over 2 floors and has a comfortable living room with a sofa bed, a well-equipped kitchen, one bedroom (with one double bed and one sofa bed) as well as one bathroom. It can therefore accommodate 5 people. The entire house is stylishly furnished and impresses guests with its unique architecture, which perfectly combines modern and traditional elements. Additional amenities also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a TV. The spacious outdoor area is shared with the guests of the surrounding holiday homes and consists of a beautifully landscaped Mediterranean garden. Prepare tasty meals on the grill or end the evening with a glass of wine. There is also a pond with fish under a shady tree on the property. The second largest city in Sardinia, Sassari, is only a 15-minute drive away (or 19 km) and offers a wide range of shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. In the neighbouring towns within a radius of 5 km you will also find a small selection of restaurants and a supermarket. The natural beach of Spiaggia Marina di Sorso is 34 km or 30 minutes by car away and the sandy beach of Spiaggia della Speranza is 61 km or a 53-minute drive from the property.
