First the positives: Refrigerator, stove, microwave, bath/showers, sinks all good; beds comfortable. Now the negatives: TV works but no local channels such as ABC, NBC, CBS unless you have a streaming service and a few times we had a solid black line about 4" wide on the screen which sometimes would stay and other times would leave in about an hour; no coffee pot, only a KUERIG; the pool has a slow leak and we had to keep adding water and the pool heater could not keep up; the pool enclosure has a gap in the corner at the pool deck concrete which has sunk; a squirrel got in a few times but found its way out; but our biggest complaint was that the house was FILTHY and was not properly cleaned upon our check-in; the furniture is fabric and probably not ever vacuumed; the outdoor table rusted and dirty; the outdoor property around the house in disarray and unkept; fence moldy; windows with fingerprints. Definitely would not stay here again; we don't know how this property got the rating it did.
