The Space:

Steps from the sand in the heart of Cocoa Beach, this studio puts you right where the sun, surf, and local energy all meet. Wake up to salt air, grab a coffee, and walk to the beach before the day even gets started. Whether you're chasing waves or just chasing quiet mornings by the water, this spot makes it easy.



Living space

The studio is designed with a clean, thoughtful layout that keeps things simple and comfortable. A dedicated workspace is tucked into the room for anyone who needs to check in on work, and room-darkening shades help you sleep in after a full day at the beach. Air conditioning and heating keep the space comfortable no matter the season, and a smoke alarm, carbon monoxide alarm, fire extinguisher, and first aid kit are all on hand for peace of mind.



Sleeping arrangements

The king sized bed anchors the room, made up with bed linens and extra pillows and blankets for added comfort. Hangers and clothing storage are provided, so unpacking is quick and easy.



Kitchen & dining

A kitchenette gives you space to prepare your own meals, complete with a refrigerator, microwave, and cooking basics like pots, pans, oil, salt, and pepper. Dishes and silverware are stocked for everyday use, and a coffee maker, toaster, and coffee are ready to go for easy mornings before you head out.



Bathroom

The bathroom includes a bathtub, hot water, and all the essentials - hair dryer, shampoo, body soap, and cleaning products - so you're covered from the moment you arrive.



Outdoor space

Step outside to a backyard and enjoy the BBQ grill for an easy evening meal. Beach essentials like towels, an umbrella, and a beach blanket are provided, making it simple to head straight to the sand without extra packing. You'll also have access to a shared pool and patio area, perfect for relaxing between beach trips.

This studio sits in the heart of Cocoa Beach, just steps from the beach and within walking distance of restaurants, nightlife, cafes, and yoga studios. The surrounding area is known for its laid-back beach bars, fresh seafood, and easy access to the Atlantic's surf breaks. For calmer water activities, the Banana River is nearby for paddleboarding, kayaking, and fishing, while Canaveral National Seashore offers scenic nature trails and abundant wildlife. Orlando's theme parks are also just a short drive away, making this a convenient home base for both beach days and day trips inland.



Good to know

Pets allowed, self check-in with a smart lock, free parking on premises, free street parking, and long-term stays welcome for 28 days or more. This is a single level home with no stairs.



Guest Access:

The Juni is equipped with digital locks that use door codes for access. Your door code will be provided to you before check in and will be used for the length of your stay. There is assigned parking for each unit.

Located just 4 blocks from downtown Cocoa Beach, the beach, shops and restaurants are all just a quick walk or bike ride away. Uber and Lyft are also prevalent in the area.

To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of the following essentials:

- Paper towels

- Toilet paper

- Tissues

- Coffee pods, creamer, and sugar

- Light cleaning supplies (please note: NO LAUNDRY SOAP PROVIDED)

- Garbage bags

- Sponges

- Dish soap

- Dishwasher tabs



If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed.

-Mailbox access is not available for guests

- While we love all furry friends, ONLY dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- The pool is under repair
