All furnishings new/updated. 10 minutes away from the famous Westgate Cocoa Beach Pier (restaurants, bars, shops, and live musical entertainment). 15 minutes to Cape Canaveral with cruise ships, boating and fishing. 30-minutes to the Kennedy Space Center.

Unlike a lot of rentals in the area, the washer & dryer are located inside the home in a separate laundry room (HVAC controlled). Dedicated work space (desk and chair) in 2nd master bedroom for working professionals (equipped with wifi and ethernet). This home is beyond Family Friendly with abundant baby & toddler amenities. Portable crib provided with (2) plush/padded Pack N' Play fitted sheets (made to fit on insert/support). Child safety gate at upper stairs (Removable), full-sized high chair, and toddler table/chairs.
This is a two-story property with stairs. Please refer to the listing photos for a written description at the bottom of each photograph depicting which level each of the rooms are located on. Please note that the kitchen and family room/sitting area are on the upper level (to take advantage of the views).
Guest access
Primary renter MUST be at least 25 years of age and present the entire duration of the stay.
Guests will be provided a four digit code for entry through automatic digital keypad locks. This code will be activated at 4:00 pm on the day of your check-in.
Guests have access to a small, attached garage (to enter through for convenience when loading luggage from driveway into the home). This mini garage was not designed to store a regular vehicle (originally built for a golf cart), however it offers a great staging area for coming and going with beach gear. Beach chairs & kids beach toys (for sand) are stored in here for your use.
Other things to note
Private driveway will accommodate (4) midsize vehicles parked in two rows (tandem). Please note there is no garage parking, and no street parking at this property. Street parking is not permitted in this property's zoning area of Cocoa Beach (for both full-time residents and short-term renters due to municipal code).
