Even better, the property sits just a short walk from Cocoa Beach's shoreline and the Ron Jon Surf School - perfect for the novice or skilled surfers. Additionally, you're close to restaurants, shops, and Banana River!

The 2,000-square-foot interior's neutral palette is perfectly balanced with pops of blue and nautically inspired decor - leaving you to only worry about how to get to the beach fast enough!

If you're a homebody, you'll be happy to know the property features its own private, solar heated pool! You won't have to travel more than a few steps to perfect your desired tan. Retreat to the screened-in patio for necessary shade, or host cocktail hour beside the flat-screen TV in the shaded patio area. When night falls, fire up the gas grill for a feast, followed by cocktails around the fire pit!

The kitchen comes fully equipped to handle all of your culinary needs, whether small or large. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances are guaranteed to elevate your cooking experience. Savor your creations, plus good company around the dining table.

Nice house close to town and the beaches

House was great and big enough for a family of six enjoying warm weather befor spring hits at home. Kids spent most of their time in the HEATED pool. Short walk to the beach and local restaurants. Wish was quick to respond to our questions. I’d stay there again.

New Year's Vacation

The home was amazing and perfect for our family! We loved the pool, ping pong table, and the patio with fire pit and TV. The home was supplied with everything we would have needed. The home was very clean, in a great neighborhood, and close to the beach. We loved every minute we were there and plan to return some day!

Amazing Cottage-Like space

We had an amazing stay at this property! It was incredibly convenient being so close to Cocoa Beach—just a short trip away. The house was well-stocked with everything we needed for beach days, from umbrellas and boogie boards to bikes and games. The pool was a huge hit with the kids; they were so excited to jump in every morning that it was almost hard to get them to the beach a few days! The backyard was another highlight, with a great lounging area that included a TV, firepit, and BBQ setup. While it was too warm for a fire, we really enjoyed grilling out there. The house itself was laid out perfectly and comfortably fit our group of 10. We loved how well the space flowed and how it met all of our needs. Overall, this spot made for an unforgettable vacation!

A really great place to stay, we highly recommend!

We enjoyed this property a lot! Really good communication with the owner Tricia! The heated pool was a must. We highly recommend it, with or without kids. There's plenty of extras (games, table tennis, corn hole, all you need for the beach...). It's close to a Publix and 10 minutes walk to the beach.

Graduation Celebration

We were in the area to celebrate our twin grandsons’ high school graduation. There were 6 adults and 2 children (8 and 9). It was a perfect size for us. Sitting on the porch was wonderful and the kids loved the pool. It was very well equipped. We were extremely pleased with our choice. It was the first time I rented a house through Vrbo and it was a great experience. Thank you Tricia.

This place is absolutely awesome! It has a great outdoor space, including an awesome pool.

This was our second year in a row at this property. Our group of nine is super comfortable here. We eat most our meals here with the great kitchen and dining area. The kids spend many hours in the pool. We also enjoy how close, safe and easy it is to get to the beach. We hope to visit again soon!

Great House

We had 2 families, 4 adults and 5 kids stay at the house. There was plenty of room. The kitchen has everything you need and the outdoor space and ping pong table were a big hit. A ton of board games and beach essentials for kids. The check in process was easy and efficient. Would highly recommend this house!

The property was exactly as promised. Pool was used everyday, beach twice, very usable kitchen, washer and dryer used several times a day, great WiFi, excellent outdoor areas. Shaded area near pool th watch the kids, fire pit for s’mores, pergola over a table with tv to watch March Madness with refrigerator outside. Ping pong table in garage along with boogie boards, sand toys, strollers, beach chairs. 4 blocks to beach. It really was a great place to enjoy a family get together.

Amazing Family Vacation

This property made for a wonderful vacation for our family of 10. The indoor space was clean and had all the amenities we needed. Our entire family fit comfortably at the dining table, a big bonus for a large family. All the beds in the house were extremely comfortable. There were ample towels, bath and pool, and the washer/dryer were clean and in new condition. The outdoor space was amazing! The pool was clean and warm, with lots of pool floats to choose from. The backyard is very quaint and we made use of it the entire time. The location is great and central to everything in the area. Tricia was always available and quickly answered any questions we had. We would definitely rent this home again!

Great place to stay

Our family stayed for a week here and absolutely loved it. Everything was great and we had no issues. Would love to see an outdoor shower to rinse off from the beach, but there was a hose to use. If we ever come back to Cocoa Beach, we will stay here again.

Had a great time!

The house was great! We had a lovely time in Cocoa Beach. It's about a10 minute walk from the beach, and the everything you would need for a beach outing is there in the garage. Only downside is crossing A1A can be a little tricky, especially if you have little kids. It might take a little longer cause you'll want to walk a little further to get to a stoplight/crosswalk. The kids had a blast playing ping-pong! We were able to watch a rocket launch from the backyard. We would definitely book the house again.

Perfect Beach Place

My family and I adored this house. It was beautiful inside and out, with plenty of activities to do at the house (ping pong, board games, fire pit, pool). The beds were comfy as well as the couches, which were nice to relax in after a long day at the beach. Speaking of beach, plenty of beautiful beaches nearby. Great house for a large group to enjoy!
