Exceptional view. The beach, ocean,views of Cape Canaveral and watching the cruise ships leaving out- so enjoyable. Clean. Photos and description are accurate. Exceptional host. He made a personal visit to address a tv issue. And was successful in solving problem. We felt safe. Quiet, friendly complex. Private beach access. It is as stated a three floor walk up. The steps are narrow and uneven in places. IMO anyone with mobility problems should seriously consider the day to day climb and certainly the need to move luggage, groceries, etc. The archway to the beach- mentioned in other post- was being repaired. Grounds and walkway to beach were very well kept. Convenient stop across the street for the “beach trolley loop.” Seniors ride for 75 cents. We did not go to the pool, but noticed many did. We so enjoyed our stay in Cocoa Beach!

Cocoa Beachfront Condo

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! Very clean, comfortable, updated condo. We slept well every night. Reliable Wi-Fi. Kitchen well stocked with needed items. It was great being able to walk right out to the beach everyday. The balcony of the condo was spacious and has very comfortable furniture and great views. Publix grocery store 2 minutes away. A number of great restaurants also nearby.

View was great

The Diplomat complex is old and run down. To get to the beach you have to walk under a roof that was being held up with support beams . (very unsafe)! Rotten wood and Termite damage was visible everywhere. The actual unit we stayed in was clean and well equipped with everything you need.

Great spot in a great location

Beautiful ocean view and thoughtful touches inside the space made this a comfortable and relaxing spot. Kid safe and in a good area for services. Very communicative and helpful host. Had a great stay!

Great place!

We stayed for a few days and really enjoyed the place and the beach. It has a great view, is very clean and updated. It had everything we needed for the beach - chairs an umbrella and sand toys! Bring quarters for the laundry!

Our Great Stay

Our stay at the condo was great and something my family will remember for a long time. Everything about it was just perfect, from the views to the convenience and comfort.First off, the location was unbelievable. Every morning, we sat on the balcony having breakfast while watching the sunrise or walking on the beach, it was so peaceful and beautiful. To make it even more special, we got to see a SpaceX launch right from the balcony! Watching the rocket light up the sky was an experience we’ll never forget.The condo is also in a super convenient spot, right across from Publix and some great shops. It made it easy to grab whatever we needed or just take a stroll around the area. Having everything so close by was a big plus.The host was great too, really responsive and always ready to help with anything we needed. It made us feel like we were in good hands throughout the trip.The place itself was clean and had everything we needed. It was fully equipped, which made it feel like a home away from home. Whether it was cooking meals or just relaxing, everything was set up to make us comfortable.

Great View of the beach

Great view of the beach/ocean and very short walk to the beach as well. The ocean toys were great for the kids and beach chairs were nice to have. It was great not having to buy those things. The unit was clean and inside looked updated recently. The welcome basket was a nice touch and communication was easy.

Oceanfront condo

We always enjoy staying in Cocoa Beach for a long weekend get-a-way. We loved the inside of the condo and the porch with a beautiful oceanfront view. We were disappointed with the upkeep of the exterior of the property. The stairs to get to the unit are steep and there is no elevator. There are also cracks that need to be repaired. The feet washing station on the boardwalk area wasn’t working so it was impossible not to track some sand into the unit. Overall, we had a great time, but felt the exterior/amenities of the property need some TLC.

Loved it!!

We had such a great time even though it was rainy during Debby. The location is amazing. You can see rocket launches and cruise ships leave. The place is completely up to date and outfitted. We loved the balcony and the family games. Parking is easy and Publix is across the street.ir

Another wonderful vacation

We’ve stayed used that unit 3 out of the last 4 years, and the Diplomat the past 10 years. The unit is fully furnished. With even a Keurig and sand toys for the kids. Look forward to next year already.

Perfect week at the beach

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The condo has everything you need for the week. We only needed to make a grocery run for our personal food items - and Publix is right across the street! All the things we needed for the beach were also provided!

The property inside was nice but the outside could use an upgrade and i was given different times for check in and out. In the listing it said two double beds in second guest room but it was bunk beds and the pictures made the place look bigger than what it was.

Excellent location and great service!

Upon arrival, the stairs were small and uncomfortable. However, don't be fooled by the exterior appearance. This apartment is a gem. The view, the comfy beds, and it has all you need. It has from games to beach chairs and much more. The kitchen was stocked. The host remembered I mentioned our anniversary and birthday celebrations by leaving us a basket of goodies (amazing detail). The host was very responsive and courteous. Yes, the bathrooms need updating. But who cares, they are clean and working. Did I mention the view? Seriously, this is a gem. Another plus is the location. The access to the private beach is great. It does not have a laundry inside, but there is access to a private laundry downstairs on the side. I was uncomfortable walking the dog in the designated area as it was in the middle of the entrance with the cars coming in and out. I recommend this place if you have no problems going up and down the stairs. My family and I had an amazing time.

Excellent property! The unit was very clean. It was very well stocked with everything you need in the kitchen, bathrooms well stocked including shampoo, conditioner and body wash dispensers, and plenty of beach supplies (umbrella, chairs, boards, noodles, sand toys etc.)Management was friendly, helpful, attentive, and informative. We loved the huge patio with comfortable chairs and excellent views of the beach.

Beautiful view!

Such a beautiful view from the 3rd floor! The apartment was beautiful and had plenty of toys and 4 beach chairs to use! So nice to be able to walk down the condos private path right to the beachfront! Be prepared to walk up stairs to reach the apartment.
