The primary bedroom and second bedroom each have a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds, giving you flexible options for families, couples, or groups of friends.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen comes fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals at home, from cooking basics to a dishwasher, blender, and coffee maker. The adjoining dining area is where the day winds down - a place to trade stories over dinner after time in the sun.



Outdoor space

Head upstairs and the balcony puts you right across from the canal, where it's not unusual to spot manatees moving slowly through the water below - a small daily surprise that makes this spot feel different from a typical beach rental. Downstairs, the private backyard gives you room to stretch out, grill, or simply enjoy the Florida air away from the street.



Bathrooms

Two full bathrooms and a half bath keep mornings simple for a full house, stocked with shampoo, body soap, and the everyday essentials.

You're a short five-minute walk from beach access, close enough for sunrise walks or a quick surf session before breakfast. Downtown Cocoa Beach is just minutes away too, with local restaurants and shops within easy reach. The quiet, residential canal setting means you get that waterfront calm while still being close to everything the town offers.

Guests will have full, private access to the home. You’ll receive a unique door code prior to arrival, which will activate at check-in time for easy, contactless entry.

Getting Around:

Getting around is easy and convenient. Most guests choose to drive, with quick access to the beach and downtown just minutes away. Ride-sharing services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and biking is a great option for exploring nearby areas. Parking is available at the property, making it simple to come and go as you please.

To help you get settled, we provide a starter supply of essential items for your arrival, including:

Starter supplies are intended to get you through the beginning of your stay. Guests are responsible for replenishing items as needed.



Please note the following:

- Mailbox access is not available for guests.

- All reservations require either a refundable security deposit or the purchase of a damage waiver.

- While we love all furry friends, only dogs are permitted at this property. A $100 pet fee per dog, per stay, applies.
