«Everything and everyone was great except pool area! It was extremely hot to be in there ac or I do t know what was not working in there but it was super humid it was honestly like a sauna!!! We lasted 30 min and my kids left crying but it was just impossible to be in there. »

«From the moment we arrived everything was cleaned and looked to be very well taken care of. The front desk staff was super friendly. The only “complaint” was the indoor pool was super cold. It might need to be upgraded to have some sort of way to sort of heat the water. The breakfast was top notch. Choices for everyone. Will definitely stay again when we return to Dallas. »

«Clean and very comfortable. Room was quiet and we got good rest. Parking was a bit troublesome with wait times and lines out into the street to get in. Getting the car the next morning was also a long wait due to them losing someones keys. Maybe better staffing in the parking department would help because there were only 2 people both times parking and getting vehicles. »
