Welcome to your tranquil oasis on the water! This newly renovated 3-bedroom, 2-bath waterfront cottage is located on 4 acres of secluded land in Cobbs Creek, Virginia. Cove Place is perfect for couples, families or small groups looking for a relaxing getaway in the beautiful Chesapeake Bay region.

Cove Place features a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, and a screened-in porch with views of the water. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, and can comfortably sleep up to 7 guests.

Cove Place has a private dock, where you can relax on the water or launch your kayak or canoe. There is also a fire pit in the yard where you can roast marshmallows and stargaze at night.

Cove Place is located in a quiet, rural setting, but it is close to all the amenities you need. The town of Mathews is just a short drive away, and there are several restaurants, shops, wineries and breweries in the area. You are also within easy driving distance of Virginia Beach, Norfolk and Williamsburg.

While we appreciate the interest in staying with our property, please note that we do not cater to guests who live in the area and are looking for an alternate venue for their affairs or events and reserve the right to turn these guests away.
