The large bedroom (390 sq feet, 36 sqm) offers ocean views from the comfy king bed. The adjoining ensuite bathroom has a double shower, two vanities, toilet and bidet sprayer hose. A closet area connects the main hallway with the bedroom suite.

The kitchen with its full-size 5-flame propane stove and oven, and large refrigerator with freezer drawer at the bottom is open to the living room with a tiled counter and bar stools. The living room looks out to the ocean and the pool and has tasteful dark bamboo furniture. There are also a half-bath, a laundry room with washing machine, and a small office, offering a space to be creative and productive.

Surrounding two sides of the house is a private covered terazza with ocean views. The dining area connects to the kitchen via a pass-through window counter that also has two high bar stools. Aside from the hammocks, stylish rattan sitting furniture makes it a perfect place to rest and enjoy the view. Handcrafted salvaged Guanacaste wood furniture lends an artful touch to the overall feel of the home.

There is a private outdoor bathtub that looks out to the rainforest and the sea beyond, and also an outdoor shower with a beautiful garden on one side for privacy, to complete the tropical experience.

The entire house has glass windows and doors, mosquito sliding doors and screens, and security bars and roll-down security doors. Garden lights illuminate the outdoors at night.
