«Staying at this place was amazing. Its location right next to the jungle really gave it an authentic jungle feel. The building's design and amenities were great. Yes, we did miss the air conditioning a little, but they really made up for it with plenty of fans while still preserving the jungle atmosphere. The combination of the friendly and helpful staff, the location, and the unique jungle experience made it well worth the stay. We would definitely come back if we get the chance.»

«Wow!!! If you are looking to relax in nature this is the place. The hosts and staff were amazing making sure our every need was met including getting a Drs appointment for my son. They would also prepare us meals on request. At night you can enjoy the fire by the cenote with the glowing lights inside the caves. During the day the birds are very entertaining we even spotted a toucan. Honestly we can’t say enough about this heaven on earth. We will definitely be returning next year. »

«This is a very special place. It's a little off the beaten path, which made for a very relaxing vacation. The whole area felt entirely safe. A car would be nice, but not necessary (we didn't have one). Tony, the hotel manager, is amazing! Whatever you want to do, wherever you want to go, he can help you make safe and affordable arrangements. We ate most of our dinners at the on-site beach bar/restaurant. Roberto was a great server and made top-notch cocktails -- I enjoyed everything I had there, ...
