Møblementet lignet Twin Peaks knottmessig, tidlig innsjekk etter nattbuss fra Budapest var ikke noe tema men neppe noe man bør regne med. Butikker og drosjer like ved hvilket ikke koster stort. Ultra Gaming Lounge opp i høgget der det for eksempel koster 18 lei for pc hel natt fra 11 til 8.

Unfortunately the decision to stay to this hotel wasn't a good one. It is located right in the city center which is big advantage but that's it. The furniture in the room is very old, it gives you a communist feeling , the Wi-Fi internet doesn't work properly and the breakfast is very cheap

Expected better
The room was quite cold with pretty old decor and the tv was not great reception. You had to go outside to get to breakfast not nice when cold. Breakfast was ok.

Not bad for the price.
The hotel itself isn’t bad although it’s in a sketchy area. The front desk service was good. The food was good. The only thing I didn’t like is that the restaurant closes at 2 pm.

Great location!
Great location, historic center across the road. Easy access from airport. Friendly staff and quite bar in the court yard Good restaurants near hotel. A/C worked great and was silent specially when temperatures outside were over 35°C. A must! We stayed 2 nights at the beginning of our trip and are going back to the hotel for our last day in Roumania!

Superb
The breakfast was excellent (4**** star ) with a lot of hot meals the position was in the center of the city with a lot of flowers in the internal garden and wonderful.The price is very good for the quality of service.

Spent four nights at this hotel. Very pleased overall. Right in the city center. Nice and quaint, comfortable courtyard, amazing breakfast! WiFi worked well. A bus stop and a grocery store right outside the hotel. Staff at the service desk is very helpful and accommodating. The only small minus is that there is one iron and one ironing board for the entire hotel. Highly recommend, would love to come back.

Old, but well maintained and a real historic charm
This was a really great find! The hotel itself is really dated, but the inclusion of period furniture and wall decorations of historic Cluj-Napoca really turned this into a nice "relic of the past" experience. The front desk staff both when we checked in (at 11pm) and in the morning were helpful and friendly. Our room was huge, with a queen bed, a furniture bar, and a second room with a couch and some sitting chairs. If you are a fan of a hotel with some character and charm, I would definitely recommend checking this out

Pluses and Minuses
We stayed here in two different rooms, the first was a suite, 103, and I was afraid we would fall through the floor. It is in need of some significant repairs to the floor as they are all uneven and spongy. Wifi was terrible and there was a very bright light outside the bedroom window and no blackout curtains. The other room, 121, was very nicely updated, clean, comfortable and had good wifi. The bed in 121 was more comfortable as well. The breakfast was decent. They stored our luggage no problem. The area was not that good for tourists, we had trouble locating some museums and some that were supposed to be open were closed. Overall the locals were not very friendly even in restaurants. It was a good stay for before and after our tour but not as a destination.

Well located and very affordable hotel, but really in need of a thorough cleaning and some maintenance. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, but permitted in the courtyard dining area, so it is very hard to avoid.

La cerise sur le gateau : des réceptionnistes ripoux ; l'un qui vous demande un billet de 50 lei pour vous garder une place parking alors que celui-ci est bien gratuit, et l'autre qui ne vous donnera la télécommande de la clim que contre un "pourboire" de 15 lei par jour (!) Le seul avantage de l'hôtel est qu'il est situé au centre ville en face de la place Unirii.

Il n'y a pas de supplément pour un lit double - c'est un autre type de chambre, un appartement, à un prix plus élevé. Nous n'avons reçu aucune plainte de votre part pendant votre séjour, en ce qui concerne le petit-déjeuner, de sorte qu'il nous est difficile de savoir avec exactitude lorsque vous avez eu une mauvaise expérience. Comme vous pouvez le voir dans la description de notre page Hotel.com, nous n'offrons pas de chambres avec air conditionné. La climatisation n'est disponible que dans certaines chambres, moyennant un supplément de 15 Lei (3 euros) / jour. Ce n'est pas un "pourboir" pour la réceptionniste - c'est le prix, et vous obtenez un reçu. Good location for old town.
Booked a four night stay with six friends,comfy rooms great location. Friendly helpful staff. I stayed in room 109 shower due an update but not an issue really. We enjoyed our stay.

Keurig hotel, Alles was er, niet meer en niet minder. Wifi was prima, minimale kamerservice en ontbijt kunnen wel iets uitgebreider maar was voor mij prima. Vriendelijk en behulpzame medewerkers en ligging is vlak bij centrum en oude stad. Alles op loopafstand.
