GUEST ACCESS

Parking: 2 vehicles in the garage and 5–6 more in the driveway. Please keep all vehicles within the driveway/garage and do not park along or block the access road, as it must remain clear for neighboring properties.

GOOD TO KNOW
* The property offers lake views but does NOT have direct lake access. For swimming, the nearest public beach is Lofers Bend Day Use Park, just about 10 minutes away near Whitney Dam. Operated by the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, it offers a designated swim beach (small per-vehicle fee applies). Lake Whitney State Park (~30 minutes) also has a sandy swimming beach and boat ramp.
* PRIVATE ROAD: When leaving the property, do not turn right. The road to the right is private property and is not accessible to guests.
* The home is in a natural setting, so you may occasionally see local wildlife or insects. Keeping doors closed and placing trash in the outdoor bins helps keep them out.
* Ideal for families, group getaways, and retreats. Events and large parties are not permitted.
