«Great stay friendly staff»

«They were great»

«Facility was FULLY under renovations. Right down to jack hammers running in the lobby. I can’t fault them as they are staying on top of maintenance so that’s good. Just made it very dusty and noisy. But I am sure in a few weeks it will look fantastic!»

«Clean room. Comfortable bed. Pet friendly. Quiet. All good!»

«The room was very clean and spacious. This room is one that I'd be able to stay in for a few days. It has a nice comfortable chair in the room too. The staff was wonderful too»

«I typically don’t care enough to write a review, I can think of better ways to spend my time. However, staying at Comfort Inn in Shelby morphed into an ultimately laughable experience. The property was in complete shambles, construction everywhere with dry wall pieces down the hallway, and the elevator lined in foam board. Our room was filthy-the microwave was never cleaned, the fridge wasn’t cleaned, floors weren’t swept, whatever, but when I went to take a shower, I couldn’t ignore the hair ...

«The room was relatively clean however house keeping could be better. There were crumbs around the bed frame. The remote had to be wiped down. It was sticky. The toilet is too low for me. It was almost like sitting on the ground. The dining room attendant was very friendly and very helpful. So much so I was moved to give her a meaningful tip. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. The road noise from the highway didn't allow me a good night sleep either night of my stay»

«Very nice facilities and room, and very comfortable bed! Great location!»

«Room had signs of water damage on furniture»

«The bed where comfortable and shower was great pressure and hot water»

«Doesn't look like it is ever cleaned and we seen cockroaches. Looks nice from outside and it is very deceiving until you go in the room»

«Wonderful experience. We loved Donna, the Chef. Stay was perfect and easy check in and check out»

«our rooms were not serviced on Saturday and when I asked about not getting new towels and room cleaned. The lady at the desk said she could not believe that her housekeeper didn't service our rooms. I told her that I didn't lie and she wouldn't even give me a copy of the bill!. The rooms were alright, My son in law was given a hard time when he went to get clean towels, they wanted some kind of coupon the desk is the problem not the rooms.»

«Our stay at The Opal and West House was amazing! We stayed for a friend’s wedding and found traveling around the city extremely easy and quick while staying here. There was unfortunately an issue with our AC during the first day of our stay, but Lynsie was so accommodating ensuring us a perfect stay! We can’t wait to come back!»
