The hotel had free parking, which was good. The staff were not friendly at all. The pool was empty completely. The elevators were not working properly. The floors were wet inside the and the hallways. The room was very clean and comfy, but definitely not staying in this hotel. Also they have banquets or parties on the first floor and it’s always busy.

Laid back atmosphere. Competent and cordial staff. Sometimes hot water in the shower wasn’t forthcoming. Excellent shuttle service to the Cleveland Airport. Price for a room quite reasonable.

I enjoy my stay here every time I come to Ohio. I’m a travel nurse and I love staying here.only thing i didn’t like was when I went to my room the hallway had dirty towels and a big trash bag in the hallway. The front desk took care of it immediately. Thanks!!!

The hotel was very run down and dirty. Check in was at 3, however when we tried to check in at 6pm they said they didn’t have a room ready for us yet.

1st room smelled of smoke. There was a room flooding on the same floor. I moved to another room. Both had huge water damaged ceilings. The smoke alarm had a plastic bag over it so people could smoke. There was a sump pump removing water to the sewer no guarding around it. Dangerous. I saw 2 ferral cats and a huge raccoon at 9 pm on side of building. There was NO hot water to shower or wash hands in sink. Total neglected facility. Upper Mgt must never visit, or they stop caring. Older buildings dont shouldnt mean neglected buildings unless thats what the Managent allows. Ashame.

Room was nice however floors were not to bad but you can tell was not vacuumed before our stay. Bedding had some sort of large stain on the comforter. Didn't see it the first night stay as it was on the inside of the comforter but next night as I pulled comforter back towards foot of bed I seen it was somewhat disgusting. Hotel main management was very pleasant however desk clerks didn't seem to want to be there. No smiles, nothing friendly about them.

Don’t let the nice lobby fool you. The hotel is severely outdated and understaffed. You can fix staffing with better management, but the furniture, mattresses and general decor need updated asap. And because of the short staff you are likely to find your room not fully clean when you arrive and no help when you get there. Avoid if you can.

The hotel accommodations and staff were great for our 'solar eclipse' visit with friends in Cleveland. We brought a guest who was also impressed with the facility and services. We enjoyed the lovely lobby but didn't get to the 9a-9pm pool/ whirlpool facility due to having a couple of busy and tiring days. Walking in the neighborhood gave us a local option for breakfast! Was great!

We stayed at this lodging six months ago - chosen mostly for the convenience of parking our car and the free shuttle to the airport. We parked the car in the back, our room key did NOT open the back door. We found at the desk that no return transportation was offered after 11. We arrive back at 1 am. The front desk clerk was a new hire and unable to answer many of questions. We could not find any pen or paper in the room or directory of services, The phone was not labeled with any speed dial numbers - ie for the front desk, a wake up call etc. The bed was only made with two sheets on it - no blanket and no duvet. We asked for a wake up call at 3:15 am It came at 2:45 am, 2:50 am and 2:55 am. We were very disappointed to not receive the service we expected.

Right when I stepped inside the hotel, I was greeted with an entrance permeated by the scent of something old and unclean with an atmosphere that indicates neglect or poor maintenance. I immediately had an impression of discomfort or dissatisfaction but since I already paid for my stay, I had to carry on. The room was dirty and the bathroom had a sliding that gets stuck. My daughter went in and was unable to get out. I had to force the sliding open to get her out. There was no hot or warm water either. The water was icy cold both for the sink and the shower. My recommendation is to avoid this hotel at all cost.

One of the two staff members working at the front desk seemingly had received no training prior to attempting to check in guests. There was a long line of people waiting to be checked in and people waiting to pay for parking. Guest parking is not guaranteed due to the lot being open to travelers not staying at the hotel. Two of three elevators were out of service, and the one in-service was dimly lit and shook as it traveled between floors. There were dead insects on the windowsill in the room. The shower light did not work. The rate charged was higher than the maximum rate listed on the information posted on the door in the room. There were coffee and tea packets in the room but no coffee maker. The shower was lukewarm at best when the faucet was turned all the way up.

JACUZZI RASH!!! DO NOT USE JACUZZI. stayed here around the time of the eclipse. They had put us into a MAINTENANCE room. No bathroom door, the thermostat did not work, there was old food in our fridge, one blanket(two beds) and the blanket they brought had PEE stains.We were offered a new room after the door incident but it was just me and my mom so we weren’t to concerned we already got settled in to our room after driving hours, but the list just kept growing. i found myself covered in a rash when i got home. covered. absolutely disgusting the jacuzzi was obviously not taken care of one bit. and we got a ticket because the front desk did not ask for our plate. It has been almost two weeks i’ve spoken to the general manager before we left he gave us his card to help out but i still have not received a refund. i paid 200$ .To stay in that… it’s absolute insanity. extremely understaffed although front desk ladies were very nice.

We had a person knocking on doors saying housekeeping at 1030pm when we were trying to sleep for a 4am wakeup for a flight. Then he just keyed into our room. We were a little shook up after that and didnt really go back to sleep.

The front desk staff was not overly friendly. The room was clean however, the bathroom door was broke, could not shut or open properly. The bathtub drain was plugged so when our son took his shower he stood in 4” of water. There were only 2 bath towel sets for a reservation party of 4.

Carpet and furniture in the room was worn and not clean. Elevator shook and made funny noises. The airport shuttle was convenient and started early enough for my 6:30 am flight. I had stayed here a couple years ago and it was pretty nice, but now that the pandemic is over, I guess they don't feel like they need to keep the rooms clean anymore. I won't be back.
