Hoteller i Cleveland – Red Roof Inn i Cleveland, Ohio

«When I arrived they had already checked someone else in under my name. Not a fraud issue, they just mixed people up. The first room they gave me smelled like straight urine and was missing drawers from the dresser. The second room did not smell as bad but was missing drawers from the dresser and there was not a remote for the tv. Ac was great and the woman at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. It’s not her fault the property manager/owner lets the hotel stay like this.»

«The room was clean and comfortable. It was within easy access to all of our destinations in the area. Parking was plentiful.»
