There are 4-5 steps down to the unit (considered a `garden apartment` as it`s partially below street level), and two sets of 5-6 stairs with handrails to exit the building. The coin-operated laundry room is on the 2nd floor, requiring climbing a few flights of stairs.

🐶 Pets are not allowed without prior approval. If approved, a $95 fee applies for up to two dogs (no weight limit). For more than two pets, an additional pet fee will be charged. Unauthorized pets will incur a $200 fine plus a $200 pet fee. Please contact us in advance if you`re traveling with pets.

Wi-Fi, two Smart TVs, bed linens, bath towels, and other essentials are provided free of charge during your stay.

⚠️ We provide a selection of basic essentials upon your arrival, including soap, shampoo, conditioner, trash bags, toilet paper, and a roll of paper towels. These items are not replenished, so you`ll need to purchase additional supplies once they run out.
