The Space:

You step inside and feel it right away - a calm, welcoming space where you can unwind after a busy day and settle into a stay that feels effortless. Soft lighting, clean lines, and comfortable furnishings create a relaxed atmosphere that works just as well for a quiet evening in as it does for gathering together.



The home offers space to spread out across multiple levels, giving everyone room to relax. Common areas are arranged for easy connection, with seating for conversation, meals, or downtime in front of the TV. During colder months, it’s an ideal spot to warm up, recharge, and enjoy a slower pace indoors.



Sleeping arrangements

The home accommodates up to eight guests across three bedrooms with four beds. Sleeping spaces are thoughtfully arranged to support families, groups, or longer stays. Bed layouts are flexible, making it easy for different group types to settle in comfortably.



Bathrooms

There are two full bathrooms, offering convenience for groups and reducing morning or evening wait times. Each bathroom includes bathroom essentials and hot water for comfortable daily routines.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals at home, whether you’re cooking simple breakfasts or full dinners. A dedicated dining area provides space to gather, share meals, or plan the day ahead.



Living spaces

Comfortable seating, a TV, and a sound system make the living areas ideal for relaxing after a day out or enjoying a quiet night in. The layout supports both social time and individual downtime.



Work & longer stays

With Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, and in-home laundry, the house is well suited for work trips and extended stays. Long-term stays of 28 days or more are welcome.



Outdoor & additional features

Guests can enjoy access to a hot tub, along with outdoor space and a private entrance. Free parking on the premises adds convenience throughout your stay.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100

❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!
