Welcome to beautiful Wickliffe Ohio, where you can experience memorable sunsets and spectacular views from our local parks. Traveling with your families best friend? Perfect, our home allows 2 medium sized dogs and local beaches allow pets including Fairport Harbor Beach and along the walking trails at Mentor Lagoons Park if leashed. Be sure to take the entire family to visit Mentor Headlands Beach State Park for the largest Beach in NE Ohio.
While this home is equipped to host 8 people, 10+ guests can fit comfortably within this 1800sqft home.
Is that a cloud you`re sleeping on? Nope, just the memory foam mattresses we stock in every bedroom. The master bedroom and bedroom 2 are equipped with a king size mattresses while the other two bedrooms are stocked with queen beds. The basement has the final queen memory foam murphy bed. Feel free to sleep in, each room has black out curtains to keep the rooms dark throughout the day.
Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun, but sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal. That`s why our kitchen is fully stocked with all the essentials you`ll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner. Also take advantage of the four burner grill outside! (Excluding winter months)
For our early birds, the kitchen is equipped with a Keurig prepared to make single cups of coffee (K-cups) or an entire pot (wet drip). Your first morning will have K-cups provided.
To enjoy the great weather further you can relax outside on the deck with a patio set and fire pit in the back yard. Be sure to bring your own firewood and marshmallows to enjoy the evening. (Stored away during winter months)
The home is located within central Wickliffe, just 3 minutes from our main highway, Rt 2. Located just 8 minutes from Wickliffe`s fire department and police station, you will feel safe within this quiet neighborhood. Just up the road you will find restaurants, large box grocery stores including Giant Eagle, Marc`s, Walmart, Sweet Berry, Alesci`s and Aldi.
Once the sun goes down, the family can enjoy a two 50` smart tv that has local channels and a number of streaming apps to log into including Disney +, Netflix, Hulu, Youtube TV and more. (Please bring your own log in info). Or if tv isn`t of any interest, push the coffee table open and bring out the board games or cards stocked for you (upstairs tv stand).
The number of state and local parks nearby alone will make you wanting to come back for another stay. These range from waterfront views to forest journeys. Check out our provided electronic guide or our paper version located within the home upon arrival.

Due to our winter weather, patio furniture and outdoor games are put away between November and April.

Only located 15 minutes from downtown Cleveland, you can experience local Baseball, Basketball and Football games throughout the year along with `The Flats`, A Christmas Story House, West Side Market, Cleveland Museum, Jack Casino, Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, Playhouse Square and East 4th Street.
40 Minutes west you will find Geneva on the lake, a local hot spot for outdoor activities, motorcycle events and great food! Here you will find go-carts, ziplining, canoes and many more family friendly activities.

Garbage day is on Thursday morning, please take outside cans to curb Wednesday evening and return once emptied.

Placing all linens/towels in washing machine and running with cold water on the morning of check out (Anything that doesn`t fit place on ground in front of washer)
Please ensure the yard is cleaned up after your pet relieved themselves outside.
Ensure home is secure upon leaving.

NO Excessive guests
NO Mailing packages to the home
NO Partying of any kind inside or on the property. Please respect the community. Noise level must be minimal after 10PM. There is a noise level city ordinance we do not want complaints. Violation of the noise/party rule will result in the police being called, termination of your reservation. We must respect the peace of the community!

If we are lucky enough to host your families pet, please ensure they remain off the furniture and if left in the home alone, be left in a crate.
All pets must relieve themselves outside and guests are responsible for cleanup.
Please only flush toilet paper and nothing else down toilets. A fee will be assessed to have a plumber come and make repairs if clogs during your stay.
PENALTIES FOR THE FOLLOWING, Claim will be filed with Airbnb.
**Stolen towels; $10 per towel, no matter the size.
**Smoking in the home; Up to $500
If you smoke outside please do not dispose of your used cigarettes inside the home or throw them on the property. Keep the community and home clean!
**Late Checkout past 10am without our consent. $75 (If time is needed please ask)
Pets are allowed up to 2 with a fee
**If you damage the home, a claim may be filed through Airbnb.
If damage is noticed upon check in or happens during your stay, please reach out to your host. I am understanding of situations can happen, but I need to know that something happened.
