This spacious home sleeps 10 and features 4 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 3 baths, making it perfect for larger groups. Enjoy a private heated saltwater pool (May-Sep), a year-round hot tub, and an outdoor fireplace for cozy evenings.
Sleeping arrangements include four well-appointed bedrooms and a pullout sofa for added flexibility. Three full bathrooms ensure convenience for everyone. The finished basement serves as an entertainment hub with a bar, poker table, and putting green, while Smart TVs and a game console provide options for fun.
Step outside to your private backyard, where you can relax on the patio, fire up the BBQ grill, or gather by the outdoor fireplace. Free driveway parking for four cars plus additional street parking makes arrival simple. The fully equipped kitchen features a stainless steel gas stove, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee makers, perfect for sharing meals at the dining table.

This is a family-friendly neighborhood. Having fun around the pool area is understandable, but we ask that noise be kept to a minimum between the hours of 9 pm-9 am.

🤫Please be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. We have decibel readers that track noise levels outside (these do not record conversations). We have had noise complaints from neighbors and have a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm-8am

🚭 If smoking of any kind takes place inside, please note there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning

🔥 Fireplaces are for decoration ONLY
🐾 A max of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125/stay. NO CATS ALLOWED. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee.
🚫 Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees.
This is to protect guests with allergies and ensure our cleaners can keep the home in top condition for all visitors.

To avoid this, please follow these simple rules:

👫 Pool party limit: Max 7 person
🚸 Kiddo Caution: No unsupervised mini-water explorers.
🚫 No Splash Zone: Diving and jumping are a no-go.
🍔🥤 Spa Snacking: Save the munchies for dry land.
🚫🥂 Glass-Free Zone: Keep it classy, no glass allowed.
🧼 Squeaky Clean: Like the vibes, keep the tub pristine.
🤫 Whisper Mode: Respect the neighbors' peace.
🚭 Smoke-Free Soak: No puffing in the bubbly.
♨️ Jet Etiquette: Turn off the jets post-soak.
✅ Cover Courtesy: Seal the tub's secrets after use.
❌ Furry Friends: No pets in the hot tub.
❗ Please do not turn the Hot Tub off, only the jets. Hot Tub should remain on and set to 100 degrees F when not in use! 🌡️🎉
📌⚠️ A friendly reminder to please remove your shoes when entering the house. This helps us keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone.
📌I respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.
📌If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you! If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!
🐞 Just a heads-up: while cleanliness is a priority, our proximity to the lake makes bugs unavoidable, specifically mayflies. You may find these guys stuck to or around the exterior of the home. Turning off the exterior lights at night may help!
