Fully renovated with all modern comforts. Situated in a quiet area just a stone’s throw from the beach. Everything is included, including bed linens and towels. The linens are washed and sanitized according to a rigorous hygiene protocol. You arrive, drop off your bags, and your vacation begins! Option to work remotely if needed, with a work area and Wi-Fi internet connection via fiber-optic line. On the first floor: - A spacious living-dining room opening onto the garden. You’ll find a large TV and a Blu-ray player with Netflix access, as well as plenty of board games. - A large, fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for even the most elaborate recipes. (Dishwasher, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee makers). - A laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, drying racks, and cleaning supplies. - A half-bath with a sink. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with a large shower, a double sink, and a separate toilet. - Bedroom 1: 160x200 cm bed + TV (Chromecast) - Bedrooms 2 and 3: 140x190 cm bed - Bedroom 4: 2 beds (90x190 cm) + TV (DVD player). Beds are made upon arrival. The house is disinfected upon each guest’s arrival using virucidal products approved by hygiene protocols. Hand sanitizer is also provided. Upstairs, you’ll also find a work area suitable for remote work. The house runs through from front to back, giving you access to a south-facing terrace out front where you can enjoy a cup of coffee, and to a tree-lined English-style courtyard out back, equipped with patio furniture and lounge chairs for relaxing or hosting barbecues. You can park your car in a designated spot right in front of the house. Just a few steps and you’re on vacation. Hiking on the GR34 trail, walks, relaxing on the beach, surfing, deep-sea fishing, cultural tours… All kinds of activities are possible! You’re in the heart of the Pointe du Raz “Grand Site de France.” It’s the perfect spot to explore and visit Cap Sizun, Pointe du Raz, Baie des Trépassés, Pointe du Van, the island of Sein, Baie d’Audierne, Pont-Croix (a small town of character), the Bay of Douarnenez, Locronan, Quimper and its cathedral, the Pays Bigouden, and its fishing ports. The house is located 56 km from Quimper and its train station. There is a bus network connecting to Quimper.
