This newly constructed modern-mountain home in Suncadia Resort is perfectly situated in the core of Suncadia, within scenic walking distance to the Suncadia Lodge, Glade Spring Spa, Prospector Golf Course, and Swiftwater Winery. This beautifully appointed home boasts over 3,300 square feet of living space, a fantastic outdoor living space, and a private apartment above the garage. With sleeping arrangements for 21 spread across 6 rooms and 5.5 bathrooms this is a perfect retreat for large families, mature adult groups, and business retreats. This home welcomes dogs, woof!

This newly constructed contemporary mountain home is beautifully appointed and designed with comfort and entertaining in mind. The open concept great room allows for easy flow between the living area and the outdoors. You will be surrounded by floor to ceiling windows and glass doors, wood floors and beams, and a large stone gas fireplace. Perfect for cozy evenings together, or entertaining family and friends on the large patio.

The fully stocked kitchen is ready to provide you everything you will need for fantastic family dinners or feeding a large group. It boasts stainless steel appliances, quartz counters, and a bar island large enough for a prep area and will seat 4. The large dining table is just steps away and seats 10 comfortably.

There is an outdoor BBQ, a spacious fire pit with seating for 6, and a large hot tub to enjoy those relaxing mountain evenings just outside the sliding doors leading to the living room. The large covered patio has a dining table that will seat 10, with extra chairs just in case.

BEDROOMS AND BATHROOMS
• The Master bedroom is on the ground floor and has a king size bed, smart TV and large windows. The attached bath has a wet room area with shower and soaking tub, and dual sinks.
• The junior master on the ground floor has a queen bed, smart TV, and attached bath with a walk in shower.
• The junior master on the second floor has a queen bed, smart TV, vaulted ceilings and large windows. The attached bath has a tub/shower combination.
• The 4th bedroom is also on the second floor and has a queen bed, smart TV, and vaulted ceiling and large windows. It shares a hall bathroom with the 5th bunk bedroom, and has a combination tub/shower.
• The 5th bedroom has one twin over twin bunk bed, smart TV, and one twin over full bunk bed.
• The mother in law unit over the garage has 2 full over full bunk beds and a private bath with shower. There is also a smart TV, mini fridge, and microwave. This is a great spot for the kids!

**Age Limit to book this home is 28. The primary guest will be required to sign a rental agreement after the reservation is accepted.
** Please note, we are unable to offer access to the Suncadia Pools or Fitness Center due to resort regulations that are out of our control. You will not be charged a nightly "resort fee" when renting this hom

Nice and spacious home for 23 humans, 4 doggies!

First cousins trip down! Sadly, it was pouring all weekend and we didn’t get to explore the outdoors much. However, the boys managed a long jog Saturday morning. The ladies enjoyed an evening wine tasting at the winery, the kids went Pokémon hunting and dipped in the hot tub. I loved how the kitchen was fully stocked with every pot or pan and utensils you would ever need. But definitely bring your own salt and other specialty condiments you may need to cook! I also suggest bringing board games for game night. Luckily our family brought our faves, the home is lacking some updated ones. And as for the sleeping situation..there’s a MIL suite above the garage with separate entry which should hold 6-10 (4 full bunks, and pull out couch which was broken) however, we didn’t feel comfortable having the children/teenagers separated from the main house. So, something to think about when you plan a big family with multiple ages. In the end, we made it work. And lastly, parking. If possible, carpool! Unfortunately, everyone was arriving at either different times, So we couldn’t. We somehow still managed to fit 1 in garage, 7 on the lot without violating any parking rules. The EV outlet was lifesaving 🙏 TY! So, all in all, our family had a great time. The house was beautiful when you finally see it in the daytime and when the rain stops. We will definitely be planning another trip next year or sooner. Thank you for making our stay enjoyable Uncork n’ Unwind!

Gracious space for large groups

Our three-gen family held our annual get-together at this lovely home. The layout was excellent with lovely indoor and outdoor spaces for groups. We ate in, and the kitchen was very well set up. The mother-in-law was a great overflow area-bunk room, and the rest of the home had bedrooms/baths of comfortable sizes. We were pleased that the amenities (lodge, winery and even Dawson Park) were walkable from the home. And the beautiful weather and setting enhanced the experience for all.

Another great stay with all seasons

The home was beautiful and the weather was great. We had a few issues with trash and maintenance concerns left by the previous guests, but all seasons was responsive and made it a breeze to handle.

Perfect family fun

We stayed at this property in mid December and loved it. We had a large group of 8 adults and 6 kids and 2 dogs. - The house is very clean and well-appointed - In the kitchen there are tons of plates, flatware, pots and pans. We loved that they had a Ninja blender, a small crock pot and hand mixer. Lots of baking sheets too. We did plenty of cooking and baking and fed our large crowd easily. The pantry does not have a lot of spices or basic condiments so just be sure to bring your own. - The living room is spacious and the seating is comfortable. There are also lots of blankets available for use which is a nice touch. - The rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. - The kids had a ton of fun playing at the ping pong table. The apartment above the garage with bunks was perfect for our middle school-aged kids. They were able to be a little louder while the adults enjoyed the quiet. - The location is super convenient and close to the Inn, Lodge and amenities - I only needed to interact once with the host and they were prompt and responsive!

The lodge is clean and fit us well. There was some issue with the drainage on the master bedroom, but they sent two guys to take care of it on Thanksgiving day, which is appreciated.

Lovely home

Great home that is perfect for a large group and decently walkable to amenities within Suncadia. The hot tub and gas fire pit were wonderful to have. Between the driveway and garage we were able to fit quite a few vehicles.

Perfect Family Retreat

We brought in a few families, each with kids, and this property was the perfect fit. It's a new/clean home, in a beautiful location, and has plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained and cosy. Everyone loved it!

Perfect family getaway

This was the first time my entire family (parents, siblings, nieces and nephews) spent a weekend together outside of our own homes. And this beautiful property made it such a wonderful weekend. Beds are comfortable, home was clean (floor was a tiny bit dirty whilst shoes are required off, but not a big deal), enough kitchen tools for your cooking needs, tons of space (we had 20 people) for comfort and group fun. The suite bathroom on the first floor is amazing!!!! The outdoor sitting area has a heater, so it was perfect for some winter outdoor air. The back has a tiny little hill- while we didn’t expect snow during our stay, we woke up to a winter-y surprise, and the house had a sled in the garage. The kiddos had tons of fun sledding down the tiny hill- it was perfect. Only critique, wish there were more spices in the kitchen like some homes I’ve stayed at. But nearest store (Safeway) is only 10 min away, and not a big deal. Came with salt and pepper. Hope to stay here again! Property management is amazing with communication - love working with all vacations rentals.

Wonderful home! Perfect location

This house was exactly as pictured! The location was perfect. Easy walking and biking to all Suncadia activities. It was a great size and fit our large family with plenty of beds. We were very happy with the cleanliness of the home, even with it being pet-friendly. Our kids enjoyed exploring the backyard and we all enjoyed the hot tub. Thank you for such a great visit!

Fabulous house in a great location!

We loved the property. We originally planned to have extended family with us, but plans changed last minute so it was just our family of four. Even though the house sleeps 20+ we still felt comfortable there with our family of four. The outdoor area was lovely, the kids enjoyed the games in the garage and the hot tub was great. We will be back!

Great Family Vacation Rental

Had a great time at this property! There was more than enough room to accommodate 18 people (adults, teens, and young children). We took advantage of the surrounding trails, hot tub, firepit, and ping pong table. We would rent this place again. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect getaway for my husband’s birthday

We were very pleased with the house! Four families were very comfortable with the accommodations. All the parents LOVED the bonus room above the garage…so did the kids! Great location, about 15 minute walk to Suncadia Lodge. Huge pantry, lots of indoor & outdoor seating. We saw deer in the backyard everyday! We stayed in the main floor master bedroom and that bathroom was amazing!!! Loved the indoor gas fireplace & outdoor gas firepit. I wish they offered recycling receptacles, but we just packed ours and took home. Not a big deal. Totally recommend!!
