As everyone settles down for the night, play a movie on the flatscreen TV or research more fun to be had with the free WiFi as the fireplace flickers nearby. No one will want to leave this dreamy escape, especially after enjoying access to fun resort amenities like basketball, disc golf, a tennis court, and playground!

Set in the adorable town of Cle Elum, this condo will be just the pace for unlimited relaxation and year-round adventures During the colder months of the year, this area offers a plethora of snowshoeing, nordic skiing, and snowmobile trails to make the most of freshly fallen snow. If downhill skiing is up your alley, Snoqualmie Pass is just 30 miles away from your front door. Spacious house, fun game room, well equipped kitchen, but the overall cleanliness was sloppy. We ended up having to give the couch a deep cleaning just to relax on it.

I would NOT recommend this property or Vacasa. The home was not as advertised and did not meet basic cleanliness or comfort standards.When we arrived, the house was dirty: dishes left out, hair on the floors (we had to vacuum), stained and wrinkled carpet raised several inches (my daughter tripped multiple times), and toys shoved messily into the dresser. My 3&4 year old clean toys better! Guests are asked to start laundry and run the dishwasher at checkout, yet no detergent/pods were provided—we had to run to Safeway for basics (to include napkins, trash bags, etc).Major maintenance issues made the stay uncomfortable: the living room AC leaked so much condensation it soaked into the carpet and created puddles. There were no blinds or window coverings, leaving no privacy. The pool table was broken, with its legs detached and the table unusable—false advertising. The kitchen was heavily worn, and the pans were so damaged the enamel flaked into food.I contacted Vacasa multiple times about these problems, including asking about cleaning supplies, and was told maintenance and even the owners would reach out. No one ever called or emailed, even after a week of waiting.Between the lack of cleanliness, broken amenities, safety issues, and complete lack of communication, this property fell far below standard. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend booking.

Nice home, poor service

We loved the layout of the home but were frustrated each time we had to deal with Vacasa. The worst incident was requesting they fix the lights that were out in the oven and the microwave and they sent a repair person out to our place but send the wrong address in VERMONT! How could they be so awful? This in in WASHINGTON, not even the correct state. They also weren't even keeping us aware of the status of things, we had to call them to check what was happening. They also only let us talk to their central Vacasa hotline folks, never anyone local. We couldn't get more towels, we couldnt get early or late checkout. It was all so frustrating that even though we liked the house we'll never stay there again.

Big house with potential, but dirty.

The house was easy and ready for early checkin. Unfortunately, the house was dirty throughout. No vacuuming in what appears to be a long time. The kitchen had bacon grease on counter tops and many dishes required recleaning. No hand towels or dish towels and less than sufficient paper towels. We did enjoy the games in the garage and layout of the house. This place has potential but needs a lot of work

Snowy Escape

This home was beautiful! Nestled within Suncadia, this was the perfect place for some much needed R&R! Walking distance to the lodge, the winery, the restaurant and the rec center. Although the house was kind of cold it was well equipped with heaters which made it nice and cozy. Can’t wait to go back!

Not adequate heating

House is beautiful and spacious, which would normally be a good things for a large family. However there were only 2 tiny space heaters from 1980 & a fireplace and wall unit that gave off NO heat for the huge downstairs living area. It is a very large room with cavernous ceilings and would require a better system in place to heat properly. It was -15 degrees (which I understand is unusually cold) but it was only about 45 degrees downstairs our whole stay, with all the provided sources of heat on high. We cooked in the kitchen in heavy coats & gloves. We spent all the time indoors in the bedrooms upstairs where it was warm; it was not a great way to spend time together as a family. Extremely unhappy with the heating - especially after how much we paid to stay there. A reasonable expectation of comfort is not too much to ask. In addition to the frigid living room & kitchen, there were dirty dishes in the sink, crumbs all over the couch (which we didn’t sit on anyway because it was too cold) and dried egg or something all over the stovetop. Plus the oven looked like it has never been cleaned. Whoever was there ti clean it, was probably too cold to finish. It’s a shame because we really liked the house but it is not well maintained (or heated!!!).

Spacious home BUT freezing inside the home on entry

Our extended family rented this home for a Thanksgiving gathering. The setting and layout was perfect for us to gather and visit together. HOWEVER, when we entered the house, it was set at 50 degrees. There was no central air, only mini-split heat pumps that didn't work on the main floor. We were unsuccessful getting any help from Vacasa that night. We kept our down parkas, hats, and scarfs on until we retreated early to our bedrooms, in which the heat worked thankfully. We had to leave the portable heaters on all night on the main floor, which really didn't feel safe. But it was 34 degrees outside and we didn't want to eat breakfast in 50 degree temps. There were no instructions how to work the heat or the televisions. The TV on the main floor worked, but we were too cold to watch that one until the 2nd night when the house heated to 62 degrees (thanks to the bedroom heat) . And we could only get one TV to work in the bedrooms. If it weren't for these things, it would have been a wonderful stay. I would recommend it for a summer stay, but not for a winter one unless they get the heat issue resolved.

Great stay!

We rented this house for my daughter's birthday so she could bring her friends with us and have a great time! The house is huge and in a very nice area, close to the pond with the activities rental. Clean and with all the comforts you need. I would love to come back one day.

Horse show stay

Overall the house was not well cleaned. There was inadequate laundry detergent and I nly one dishwasher pod. Found two baking sheets covered with food and bacon grease and leftover bacon. Inadequate pans to cook basic breakfast. Disappointing for the money spent.

Wonderful house

Very nice house, plenty of room for the 5 adults with all the amenities needed. Very nice welcome bag with extras too! Kitchen is well stocked and plenty of linens, pillows, blankets. Easy walk to the pool, spa and lodge. Super easy communication and check in/out process.

This property worked very nicely for our larger family composed of grandparents, and two adult, married children, each with their own families. The three-level home allowed for families to be spread out and have alone time as needed. We would definitely rent again.

Beautiful but needs repairs

We had two sets of adults . This property was perfect because it allowed dogs and was close to the events we were going to onsite. The downfall was that the upstairs AC still isnt working and it was quite warm during our stay so one of the couples had to split into the queen size bed and the bunk bed instead of staying in the king size bed on the 3rd floor. We would have opened the windows since it was cool at night but they dont have screens in that room. Also the dishwasher was "broken" which was not a big deal since we had food provided at the events we did . Overall I would stay again but I would verify items are repaired before doing so.

Great family home

We had a great stay here- this house is perfect for families- we had small kids who loved the bunk beds and all of the toys that were stocked in the house. We all thought the beds were so comfortable and the house was very quiet- everyone felt very comfortable and slept great. We struggled getting the dishwasher to work which was the only downside. We were very impressed with all of the TVs/Entertainment setup. I would definitely stay here again.
