The space
Frost-tipped evergreens frame the long approach to this secluded 10-acre hideaway, where the cool winter air settles quietly over the property. Early mornings feel still and crisp, and evenings lend themselves to slow conversations by the fire pit or a peaceful soak in the hot tub beneath clear, cold-season skies. Indoors, generous gathering spaces and warm lighting create a comfortable retreat after exploring the surrounding snow-covered trails and nearby Cle Elum.

Sleeping arrangements span six bedrooms, with three on the main floor and three on the second floor, supporting up to 19 guests across 12 beds. Bathrooms on both levels include 3.5 baths, offering convenience for groups. Bed linens, room-darkening blinds, extra pillows, and multiple clothing storage options, including a walk-in closet, help make each room feel settled and restful during winter stays.

Sleeping arrangements
Bedrooms are positioned across both floors to provide flexibility for families or large groups. With beds arranged throughout the six bedrooms, the layout supports gatherings where everyone has space to unwind.

Indoor living
The game room invites you to spend cold-season days indoors with an 85-inch surround sound movie theatre, a pool table, and space to gather. A bunkroom offers toys, books, and games for ages ranging from toddlers to early readers. Additional entertainment includes board games, books, HDTV with Roku, a Bluesound bluetooth sound system, and an indoor fireplace with gas heating. Free 1 Gb Wifi and a dedicated workspace with an ergonomic chair allow you to stay connected or work when needed.

Outdoor living
Winter at the property encourages time spent around the fire pit or stepping into the private hot tub that remains available all year. The fully fenced property, outdoor furniture, and private decks options for fresh-air moments even in cold weather. Shared beach access and lake access are nearby for year-round exploration. Lots of sports equipment, corn hole, spike ball and 6 pairs of snowshoes will keep your group busy.

Kitchen and dining
The kitchen offers space to prepare meals, supported by a refrigerator, freezer, microwave, stainless steel gas stove, stainless steel single oven, and dishwasher. A dining table for 10 provides a place for meals or games when the group gathers indoors. A private BBQ grill with gas is available for year-round cooking.

Amenities and conveniences
Guests have access to a free washer and dryer in the unit, central air conditioning, central heating, ceiling fans, and portable fans. The home includes smoke and carbon monoxide alarms, a fire extinguisher, a first aid kit, and exterior security cameras positioned around the perimeter, including the hot tub and firepit areas, along with a camera monitoring the furnace and water tank. Free driveway parking supports up to 20 vehicles, and an EV charger with level 2 capability provides added convenience. A private gym in the building includes free weights, a stationary bike, a treadmill, a rowing machine, and additional exercise equipment.

For those guests who have the Autism Spectrum Disorder condition, we have a large care box full of sensory items, toys, and a weighted stuffy & blanket to help make your stay more enjoyable.

Located 2.5 miles east of Cle Elum on quiet Airport Road, the property offers easy access to local spots including Dru Brew, Cle Elum Bakery, Stella's, Teelak Thai Kitchen and Owens Meats. Nearby winter activities include snowmobile trails, hiking routes suited for the season, access to Suncadia Resort, Roslyn, and opportunities around Cle Elum Lake and the Yakima River.

Our property is located 2.5 miles east of Cle Elum so all amenities are quickly within reach! Make sure to check out Dru Brew, Cle Elum Bakery, Stella's sandwich shop, Señor Bones, and Owens Meats!

This vacation rental is near Suncadia Resort, Rentals, Cle Elum Lake, Yakima River fishing, OHV, snowmobile, hiking, & mountain biking trails, and the Teanaway community forest.

Getting around
The cabin is 2.5 miles due east of Cle Elum on quiet Airport Road.

Other things to note
Please remember that you're staying in a house, not a hotel and treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7 to provide you privacy.

Fire Pit:
Check with Kittitas County if there are any fire bans before using.

Interaction with guests:
You'll have the privacy to gain access to the property and the house on your own, but I'll be available through here when you have a need.
