Its rare corner location brings in abundant natural light and added privacy, while mountain views set a peaceful backdrop for your stay. Designed across three spacious levels, the home offers a blend of shared gathering areas and quiet escapes to unwind after a day outdoors. Centrally located within walking distance to Suncadia Social, a vibrant community hub with dining, drinks, and live entertainment.



The main floor features an open kitchen and living area where vaulted ceilings and a stone fireplace create an inviting atmosphere. The kitchen comes fully equipped—with everything from a Keurig and toaster oven to a waffle iron and blender—so meals are easy whether you’re cooking a full dinner or preparing a cozy breakfast in. Step out to the heated deck to enjoy morning coffee or evening wine surrounded by fresh mountain air.



Sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed to accommodate both families and groups. The primary suite offers a king bed, ensuite bath, and private deck with outdoor seating and a heater. Two additional queen bedrooms provide comfort and privacy, while the top-floor loft includes a sofa with trundle bed and workspace with monitor for remote work. Three golf courses, a spa, a winery, parks and playgrounds, ice skating, and tubing, axe throwing, archery, horse-back riding, river rafting, fly fishing and more are just a few minutes' drive away, while the historic towns of Roslyn and Cle Elum offer delicious dining experiences.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended for getting around Suncadia, Roslyn and Cle Elum. Guests will find public parking just steps away from the front door. Please note: no street parking is permitted.
