Welcome to our splendid 3-bedroom, 3-bath Coosa River retreat. The vibrant blue facade catches your eye as you arrive, with a driveway on the left for easy parking. Ascend the stairs to our expansive front porch, your gateway to the house. Step through the entrance and be embraced by an open, airy atmosphere. To the right, the inviting living room awaits, complete with a smart TV for entertainment. To the left, the dining room beckons, promising shared meals and conversations.

Begin your day with a cup of coffee, gazing out of the expansive windows that frame picturesque river views. The seamless open floor plan enhances the sense of spaciousness. Venture further and discover the main bathroom with its convenient walk-in shower, just to the left of the kitchen. Speaking of the kitchen, it boasts modernity with stainless appliances, new counters, and fresh cabinets – a culinary haven for aspiring chefs.

The upstairs master bedroom, tucked to the right of the kitchen, boasts a luxurious king-sized bed, a TV, and a desk, providing comfort and functionality. A peaceful oasis to unwind and recharge.

Venture downstairs through the exterior entrance to find an additional space. Here, a small kitchenette and seating area offer convenience and comfort. An adjacent full bathroom flaunts a tiled walk-in shower. Both downstairs bedrooms feature queen-sized beds, and one even boasts an en-suite bathroom. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are available onsite, ensuring a stress-free stay.
