The villa, set in a stunning countryside near Arezzo, features a swimming pool (12x6 m, depth 1.20–1.80 m) and, at 450 mt above sea level, offers panoramic views, refreshing breezes, and complete privacy. The ground floor has a bright open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchenette (gas hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, toaster, Moka and American coffee machine) and a washing machine, plus a cozy fireplace, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with WC, hydromassage shower, and hair dryer. The first floor, accessible via internal and external staircases, offers a living room with sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bedroom with two single beds, and a bathroom with bathtub and WC. Outside, guests can enjoy a private garden with outdoor furniture, barbecue, ping pong table, and children’s garden games. Additional comforts include private parking, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, mosquito nets, a washing machine room, iron, and ironing board. Bed linen and towels are included. °Swimming pool is open seasonally (April/early October): exact dates may vary due to weather or maintenance.°Please note that the road to access the property is unpaved.
