Great view, hospitality and standards
This apartment/room is wonderful. We were the first guests ever to live there, and of course it was brand new. Being a designer, I appreciate all the effort put into details in materials, color, comfort and style. The view is amazing (12th floor), the location is very practical (2 minutes from the train station, 5 from the beach), but the best thing is the hosts. They are very welcoming, helpful and warm people. I can not recommend this place enough! We will be back! :)

Excelente, muito confortável, novo!
O quarto e café da manhã são excelentes, a parte da varanda você só pode usar. Adoramos quarto, ia cuidados, lençóis especiais, Kita de cuidados, água a disposição, localização. Anna é uma ótima anfitriã e tivemos a sorte de conhecê-la. Maior dica é sobre o contato prévio antes da chegada para combinar as senhas de acesso e qual quarto ficará (são 3 no total), fica no 12* andar, com uma vista linda, (dos quartos para cidade e do café da manhã para praia). Voltaria facilmente!

The lady who owns and operates this bed and breakfast goes all out to make her guests comfortable and their stay a pleasant experience. I will definitely stay here on my next visit to this area.

Incredible experience. The hospitality was over and above our expectations. The staff was truly amazing and treated us like long lost friends. The room was very comfortable and well appointed and the balconies had spectacular views. We highly recommend and would stay again

I hesitate to say how much we loved this property in case we return!! We don’t want to lose out if it gets too busy lol. The room, balconies, location, service and breakfast were amazing. Fiorella was an incredible host and spoiled us with her service and food. I would recommend this property to anyone who needs a place for 1 night or a week. We were very fortunate to have booked this place!

Super... The lovely Staff made my stay the best. I couldn't have hope for a better Hostes. The comunity gest room was cozy and deightful. Even though I spent only 1 night the ladies treated me like a King. I got up early the next morning and found a Farmers Market that sold flowers and pickup a dozen of White Rose to show my appreciation. Kudos the the entire staff for making my stay extra special. Beautiful, peaceful, perfect!
Love, loved staying here. It was quiet, beautiful and just what we wanted. The only down side is we really should have rented a car to get to and from the location. I would stay here again anytime. Wonderful stay.

This is an excellent property. The house keeper are extremely nice and courteous. The only feedback I have is that the manager could have given us better instructions of how to get to the property before our arrival . Other than that, everything is excellent

We did not get door code for dow stairs, where to get inside for the building. Tried to call several times for companys phone numbers. Looks like we are staying the night outside. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Great accommodation, close to everything.
The apartment was a short walk from the railway station, and Stephan met us before we even got to the apartment building entrance and helped us with our luggage. The view from the common room was fantastic, our bedroom decorated nicely, with a large bathroom. A continental breakfast the next morning was very good, great pastries, juice, yoghurt and expresso. Close to the old town for restaurants. Would definitely stay again.

Outstanding service Stefano and Valetina the owners are the best! They treat us like family assists us with transportation even though we have check out from the hotel. The rooms are very clean Beds are comfortable, great bathroom and excellent breakfast. Very secure, easy access to the train station to visit Rome. I will give them 10 stars. We stayed at 3 nights.

Stefano and Valentina couldn't do enough for us. When we had difficulty finding our way at the train station he walked the extra block and a half and found us. They arranged drivers from their apartment and later on in the week too! The drivers were on time, efficient and reasonably priced. Stefano and Valentina were terrific hosts!

Great Property, Clean and Convenient
Valentina and her husband are awesome hosts. Provided a great welcome with easy and detailed directions from airport to property. Amenities were great and the room was clean and had a great view. Would stay there again!

First and foremost Valentina and Stefano are absolutely amazing owners/hosts. They arranged taxi service from the Port to their amazing property. They met us at the entrance and helped us with our luggage. Location, location, location. The property is walking distance from restaurants, shops and train station (5 minutes). Grocery store downstairs , perfect to pick up cheeses and wines or whatever suits your appetite. I can’t say enough about the amenities SUPER CLEAN. The hosts went absolutely out of their way for us. Breakfast, more than you would imagine. I give this a 6 star rating. Bravo!!! Valentina and Stefano We cruise out if Civitavecchia regularly and wish I had known about Homeblu before. Can’t to return

The views here are amazing. The room had a balcony that overlooked the city and the shoreline. The room was comfortable and easy to access.

A wonderful couple that runs the property was there to help us every step of the way. We had some problems with the cruise we were going on and had to go back to the hotel after we had checked out. They were there to meet us and help us in any way possible. Staying at this property was one of the best decisions of our trip.
