This property's environment is not healthy, it is filthy and very humid, there are filtrations on the walls. There was not wifi in the 2nd level. There was not hot water in the shower of the 2nd level and there is not enough pressure of water either in the first and second level. Also there was found a plate with pieces of charcoals under one of the night's table, we found out this very gross, uncomfortable and unexpected as well. We were wondering if is a lack of cleaning or its a magic ritual. The management has been very uncooperative and did not handle properly the situation about the lack of water, in the showers and toilets of the 2nd level. We had to disrupt to our mother of 80 years old every time we needed to have the shower or using the toilets.
