«We recently stayed at Hotel Nalanda and honestly it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The rooms were excellent spacious comfortable and maintained to a very high standard. Everything was spotless and the cleanliness throughout the hotel was truly impressive. The hygiene standards were clearly a top priority which made the stay even more comfortable and reassuring. The food was also fantastic. Fresh well prepared and full of flavour with great options available. Every meal was ...

«This is a fantastic, hotel, old charm, immensely large rooms, historic wibe - and with a superb setting in the old town.»

«I had a terrible time at Riverview Hotel. I noticed the hotel had gotten great reviews on Tripadvisor and Hotels.com, that's why I chose it. I was dissapointed. First: The AC did not work for the entirety of my stay (5 days). When we complained to the staff they quickly arranged a new room for us, but the air condition did not work here either. It became clear to me that the AC in none of the rooms were working (I checked 4-5 rooms and the temperature was between 27 and 30 degrees celcius in ...

«Our stay at Summit Hotel had a challenging start but turned into a wonderful experience. We had originally booked a standard room, but we found it too small for our needs so we decided to upgrade to a spacious room for approximately CAD $70–73 per night and paid the difference. After a 20-hour journey with flights and transit, we were exhausted unfortunately we had to move 3 times due to room issues which could have been avoided by management. The next morning everything changed after visiting ...

«J’ai passé au total 6 nuits dans cet hôtel. L’aimabilité et la disponibilité du personnel a été très agréable au quotidien. L’hôtel a ce charme vintage mêlé à des chambres et pièces au goût du jour, en très bon état.»

«Probably first and last stay at this property. The good- 1. Location 2. Complimentary upgrade to a premier room. The bads- 1. Housekeeping services were so bad. We had to call 3-4 times to get mineral water to the room. Multiple follow-ups b/w reception, housekeeping and IRD was so frustrating. 2. IRD was so bad. They cannot provide food at 3 PM and milk for baby at 12 midnight either. We had to order from outside when they had 24/7 restaurant in-house. 3. Check-in delay. We had to wait almost ...

«They should check room properly if everything is in order and working before new guest arrives! Hot water tap was broken and I had to ask for towel, toilet tissues and soap, etc. tv box had to change too!»

«The bedsheet had blood stain. Lots of mosquitoes, because windows were left open. I did not stay there and paid for the rooms. The reviews on Expedia were not truthful. I paid for two rooms, but would not stay there. Staff was ok, but again not truthful. »
