«The entry to the bed and breakfast was through the owner's residence. The state of the entry probably should have given a clue about the cleanliness of the rooms. The floors in the hallway looked as though they hadn't seen a vacuum in a year. Layers of dust on the furniture in the room, and floors that were not cleaned prior to my arrival. «Lovely grounds, well maintained rooms, very pleasant staff and excellent breakfast, and the main house is a beautiful vintage estate house. I stayed in a separate building with a relaxing common area. It would have been nice to have coffee/tea available in room or in the common area (rather than have the short walk to the office area) to get coffee in the morning, particularly in inclement weather.»

«It does not seem there are Kings beds despite advertising/offering of such. Room has a full and a twin and no, they cannot be pushed together. The entire room is tiny. I mean tiny. My bf knees touched shower curtain when sitting on toilet and could not shut door-tiny. We did not attempt to use shower because so small. That being said, it satisfies what we needed it for-it was inexpensive as rates go, it was clean, the AC worked well as did the tv. Honestly I’d give 2.5.»
