This beautiful stone farmhouse, renovated with taste and quality, welcomes you with its rustic charm and its breathtaking view of the surrounding valley. Immersed in the green hills of Trestina, Fonte Piccola is the ideal place to enjoy the typical atmosphere of the Italian countryside, among olive groves, vineyards and historic villages.

The space
Fonte Piccola can accommodate up to 10 people in 5 bedrooms (3 double and 2 twin), each with a private bathroom and shower/bath. On the ground floor you will find a kitchen equipped with an American fridge, a living room that develops on three rooms and a gallery with an ancient stone fireplace of the 800. The kitchen is also accessible from the outside, where you will find a pergola area with a barbecue, outdoor armchairs and a table for aperitifs in the fresh air and full of colorful flowers. Here you can taste the typical products of the area, accompanied by a good glass of local wine.

On the basement floor you will find another kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. Here is also the laundry. On request there is also a cot for babies.

From the outside patio you can reach through a bushy avenue a staircase between the hedges that will take you to the garden and lawn area, where there is the infinity pool, which seems to blend with the surrounding landscape. The pool is equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas, where you can cool off on the hottest days, admiring the enchanting view of the valley. Near the pool there is also a pergola, where you can rest in the shade or read a good book.

Near the pool, surrounded by climbing plants, there is the guest house, which however is used as a storage room and therefore not accessible. It still has a wonderful porch with seats, from which you can enjoy the most beautiful view of the valley.

Fonte Piccola is an oasis of relaxation in the middle of nature, where you can find refuge in the quiet of the hills and olive groves of Umbria. But it is also a perfect starting point to discover the cultural and artistic beauties of Umbria, a region rich in history, traditions and flavors. You can visit the suggestive medieval villages such as Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Spello and Orvieto, admire the works of great masters such as Giotto, Perugino and Piero della Francesca, participate in the numerous cultural and gastronomic events that animate the region throughout the year.

Guest access
The entire property is available to the guests, there are no shared areas. The pool is private and for the exlusive use of the guests.

Other things to note
During the check-in, you'll be asked to show us your IDs and we will take photos of them for the registration on tourism portals of the Regione Umbria. This is legally mandatory.
