«The parking was fine ,however, the bathtub continually backed up. The was way to small for my liking. Upon my arrival i asked for a different room due to it being at the elevators. The gentleman working that gave me every reason why he couldn't accommodate my request so my wife said she'll just deal with the situation. Hopefully, if this occurs again maybe the person working will make a honest effort to accommodate their customer instead of being unwilling to. Other than that my stay went well. »

«There was a disgusting spill just outside the elevator on our floor that talked down the hall. We told the front desk. The young woman said she would clean it up (she didn't) like she was the only person working. Same next morning when we checked out. The mess was still there which we mentioned as we checked out....»

«Not accommodating; we arrived a couple of hours early, and check-in wasn't until 3 pm. Despite explaining we had an event and wouldn't return for several hours, they wanted to charge an extra $40 for a 2-hour early check-in, even though the room was ready. The floor was very sticky, the TV had poor sound with echo, and the walls were very thin, making it noisy. Breakfast was also very poor, even with an early arrival.»

«Rooms were not clean, had visible water damage, bathroom had visible mold in bath tub and around the bathtub, floor was not even, even the nonsmoking rooms smelled of smoke, front lobby and elevators smelt horrible. They were right next to a bar, which whad some questionable characters hanging around outside. They were doing work on the outside of the hotel, right in front of our room, at 8pm at night.»

«The employees were so hateful when I went to go check in because they said they didn't know who really stayed in the room, and what a strange thing to say to your customers. Like why would you want to make someone feel uncomfortable and then expect them to want to stay again. Also the heater worked somewhat but not very well. »
