Ingen renhold i løpet av 6 dager. Søppel i gangene fordi folk satte det dit da det ikke ble ryddet av de ansatte. Bra frokost..

I called to see if I check in early on the day of my check in. I was told no because they were booked the night before. I said fine but wasn’t told that I had a deadline of when I could check in. When I got there at 11:40pm I was told my room was canceled and was given to another guest. No rooms were available. The front desk person only has so much power and so many resources he can pull from. With no response from any of his upper managers and the timing of another guest checking out at almost 2am, he cleaned that room himself and gave us that room. How my room was canceled is still a mystery. I was still fully charged for my room and at no point in my stay did any of the daytime managers apologize for what happened the night before. No comps, no discounts, no anything. All hotels in the area were full booked too. So if it wasn’t for that random guest checking out when they did I’m not sure what the end result would have been.

TownePlace Suites by Marriott proved the perfect home away from home during my stay in Cincinnati. The location and facilities were terrific, and the hotel's associates and staff were even better. When it comes to hospitality, people make the difference! And TownePlace Suites, Cincinnati has some of the best.

The staff were very friendly. However the room wasn’t as clean as I’d like. We noticed right before bed that one of the sheets was not clean. When we asked for the sheets to be changed the next day, the front desk said they would, but no one ever came. In fact, no one came to service our room at all. I never saw any housekeeping during the three days we were there. Aside from lack of cleanliness it was good?

We checked in Saturday afternoon, I believe the woman who checked us in was named Christina. I remember she said she recently moved back to cincy from Indianapolis. She was very nice and helpful! Hotel was very clean, room was very clean, comfy bed, water was hot. Having a fridge and microwave is always a plus when traveling. We stayed in a king corner room on the 6th floor. Lots of bright windows with a good view. We opted for parking in a lot at the corner of Elm and Seventh instead of doing the valet at the hotel, that saved quite a bit of money and was only a block away. Only complaints are that none of the king rooms have bathtubs and that all of the breakfast items kept running out before they got a chance to get restocked. Other than that it’s a wonderful hotel and the location is close to so many things!

I have stayed in a few hotels in downtown Cincinnati, and this has become my favorite. It’s in a central location, staff is friendly and responsive, you get a small suite with refrigerator/stove/dishes, and lots amenities including a pool, fitness center and game room. Can’t beat it for the price!

Great location for our event and right by Knockback Nats which has the BEST chicken wings. Parking was a bit of a hot mess - it’s a busy street and busy night so we gave up on valet and parked elsewhere. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable.

We had great service from the front desk host named Kesha. She welcomed us by name everytime she saw us. She was so friendly, recommended Cinncinnati known things to see, experience, or try. We found each recommendation very enjoyable. She made us smile each time we saw her.
