Located in the SWEETHEART of OHIO, known as Loveland, in a safe neighborhood. The house is BIG and Ohio themed with amazing pictures and art. It has everything you need from the bbq in the HUGE fenced in back yard, to the big screen TV and King bed. We recently purchased all of the furniture, upgraded the kitchen, painted the house and added new doors.
The space
You will have access to everything! Located a short drive from Cincinnati and near Kings Island close to many restaurants, parks and bars this property was designed as a vacation rental! It is also located in the desirable Loveland school district. Breakfast items will be in the house (cereal/oatmeal/coffee). Enjoy brand new appliances, a remodeled kitchen, new floors, a HUGE resurfaced deck, a large fenced yard that’s well maintained and has a bbq and cornhole game, a special Cincinnati Legends room, We have stadium seats in the back yard from the historic riverfront stadium, where people once sat to watch the BIg Red Machine (Cincinnati Reds) in the 70’s who won multiple World Series, Ohio themed pictures and art, new couches, a brand new washer and dryer, multiple tv’s with Roku, fast internet, a desk to work at, a new sectional in the downstairs room, a large driveway and garage, heat and AC, making it the perfect place for your getaway! We recently upgraded the electrical as a few previous guests mentioned it flickered after we added new appliances.
